Alright someone told me to make it it's own post instead of hiding the story in the tags, so:

When I do mental math, I actually do visualize the numbers floating in the air like how tv serial sfx artists seem to think super-intelligence works. It's just a thing my brain does. I'm not literally hallucinating them, but I have a clear sense of which number is which and their size and position in relation to each other, I 'break' or 'split' large numbers apart into smaller ones, and I can 'smush' them together into larger numbers when adding sums. I just assumed that was how numbers worked until I was in high school and my dad asked me why my eyes always flick around looking at nothing when I'm thinking about math.

All that is to ask,

#I see the numbers as if I'm writing them down on paper#just like how I first mathed in elementary school

Something that I have noticed is I know almost nobody my age that goes to a food pantry. I know people who regularly run out of money for food and in general have to eat an unsuitable diet because that’s what they can afford and they still don’t go to a food bank, im not sure if it’s because they’re embarrassed or maybe if you didn’t grow up going you don’t know much about it but if you’re financially struggling I really recommend it. And look into other options for food assistance too like community fridges and gardens and other programs that can assist you, where I live Salvation Army pays for an allotted amount of grocery delivery for low income people every month, in the summer farmers take excess produce to the library to be taken by anyone who needs it, etc. There are a LOT of resources for free food that you can look into especially if you are literally not eating because of your financial situation

Btw if you have dietary restrictions you can often let them know and in many cases they’ll prioritize certain items for you

also please please please apply for food stamps! and you can still get them if you're employed (it'll just be less money per month than someone who's unemployed)

The Rogue, the Paladin, the Barbarian have a day to themselves and enjoy some friendly competition.

This is such a fun video to watch. Not only do you see 3 versions of masculine fitness and strength but with each movement you can almost see where their weight is distributed and where they place their control. Which makes it fun to think about body builds and fantasy characters.
