The actress portrays the titular character in the film the Watermelon Woman. A 1930′s actress that the film’s protagonist believes had a secret affair with a white female director.

In Dee Rees wonderfully shot 2011 Pariah, Walker plays butch best friend and sapphic guide to the film’s 17-year-old protagonist, Alike ( Adepero Oduye)

Robyn Kerr as Elle

In 2012′s Stud Life, the actress played the very sexy Elle, who found herself thrusted in-between the friendship of the main two characters, JJ (T'Nia Miller) and Seb (Kyle Treslove). Campbell Ex directed and wrote the film, which is currently streaming on Netflix.
