One Tattoo Story a Day:
My ninth tattoo came in between Deathly Hallows part 1 and part 2. I wanted to commemorate the end of the films by getting a HP tattoo. The Slytherin house crest was a contender along with the dark mark, but instead I went with my rendition of Fawkes. The phoenix represents rebirth and resilience. I was about to move back to Texas after 3 years in Colorado and was getting ready to start over again. This tattoo was very fitting for both my fandom desires and the deeper meaning.
It is the tattoo that I get complimented on the most. It was also my most expensive tattoo coming in at $250 for two 8 hour sessions. Which is tattoo currency SHOULD have cost about twice as much, easily. But I love my artist and he loves me. :D
