There are a lot of ceremonies and stuff we don’t know a lot about in Prythian and the world of the Faes in ACOTAR.I think Rhys little speech in the end of ACOMAF is the only thing we have to go by here: “’If they had removed her other glove, they would have seen a second tatoo on her right arm. But I think marriage is another thing actually, that would require a proposal and a wedding, another official ceremony. I also think Rhys says “not wife” as a way to ensure us they did not (merely) get married. So, in short: no, they did not get married as Feyre was sworn in as High Lady :)
