But more coherently? At this point I ship neither. This fandom is so aggressive it just makes me run the other direction sometimes (does it seem like I need another Chaolena/Rowaelin-situation in my life? Because I don’t) and as long as I get Nessian I’m gooood.
But yes, I did want, and get, an Azriel/Elain brotp/friendship and it was beautiful *wipes tear*. Also, I think I want it to remain just that, a beautiful friendship.
