Ohhh boy. Where do I even begin with these two? I'm just gonna list off some canon moments I like about em.

They didn't always get along during the Teen Titans days but still respected each other.
They played rock, paper, scissors to decide which of them would get to punch a guy.
Roy asked Dick—and only Dick—to go traveling with him to help him get Lian back from Jade.
Roy started crying when he lied to Dick over the phone.
Roy admitted that he always wanted to be like Dick (he also thought he came in second place to Dick).
Roy was once talking about Dick and said, "Sometimes I think he's almost too perfect. He gives me an inferiority complex."
Dick used to wake Roy up at 6 A.M. to spar.
They once tried to hitchhike together.
When Dick talked about how people were mad at him for Reasons, Roy was like, "Is that what's bothering you? Man, that's why we love you! You've been that way since day one!"
Roy worked with Babs to see what was up with Dick when Dick was Renegade.
When Argent asked if Dick had a plan, Roy said, "Of course he has a plan. That's like asking if I have my sunglasses."

When Roy was shot by Brother Blood's cult, Dick flew through the air and tackled Blood to the ground, and then he yelled, "Take a shot at me! Shoot me like Arsenal!"
When Roy was recovering from being shot in the chest multiple times, and when he was feeling scared about the risks of vigilantism, Dick gave him an amazing pep talk that ended with, "There is no one... no one I'd rather have fighting at my side than you."
Dick sat up with Roy all night when Roy was detoxing off heroin.
Roy ran to Dick for help when he needed help saving Jade. He's also asked for Dick's help on multiple other occasions (usually revolving around Jade in some way).

Roy trusts Dick so much that he didn't think he needed to perform a polygraph test on Dick like he did with the other Outsiders.
Grace Choi ships them. She was talking about Dick and Helena, and she said to Roy, "It's better to have you around pissing him off. Without all the sexual tension. At least the obvious sexual tension. I always thought you boys would make a swell couple in an erotic Butch and Sundance kind of way."
