8. what trend do i hate?? uhm i don't really hate any trends tbh. there are some that look super hard that im intimidated to try but overall, i like to think im a non hating person lmao

32. curves. u know im a sucker for curves. but lately aside from curves being my main thing, ive been using a lot of photo filters and channel mixers too. they're really great!!

1. my three fave sets are: 1, 2, 3. but like there are ones i’ve done back in the day that looks better, but i just don’t remember what tags i used so idk how to dig them up. welcome to my life, it’s messy for no reason lmao

4. i have so many sets that flop. it’s just a part of life but anytime a sam wilson set i make flops, i get extra sad. like i made a mbj set earlier today, and it flopped hard and im kinda sad and disappointed. 

19. ohh i love this question. okay so my giffing process is fucking weird. i partially use cs5 portable and use cc 2021. okay, so cs5 loads dicom files. which means that 500-1000 caps will load in a matter of seconds. the entire folder loads as layers and it’s not as gruelling and exhausting as loading one cap at a time. so what i do is -- i grab different scenes from different movies, and i sort them in folders like this:

and basically i load the dicom file and then just save it as 1.psd an do the same with all folders. then i close out cs5 and then open the psds of the loaded caps in photoshop cc and color, sharpen, post. it sounds like a long process but i’ve giffed both ways and this is fundamentally faster. it’s also the reason why i can like pop out 10 sets in one day. dicom is a fucking game changer.

23. AMANDA. u know this answer. kfjdshk i love giffing our king. and when im not giffing sam wilson, or marvel shit -- i wanna start doing more bollywood sets. it’s on my to-do list, but the problem is i haven’t found any good quality hq films yet. :(( if anyone has links pls hmu

4. the sambucky/tangled one. lmao it really deserved better. but then again, it’s kinda on me because i put zero effort in it.

5.  the falcon and the winter soldier. i mean, getting hours of sam and bucky footage? i acknowledge the fact that we were blessed. yes, i know the show has so many problems and i agree with most of them, but like -- hours of sam wilson. i have to dig deep in iw, ae, aou to even find little snippets of sam but -- now, i have an entire series of sam wilson to gif. and you best believe imma try to gif every blink. 

16. a long time. since i was a kid. i’ve always been a computer nerd. always had photoshop and i really never grew out of that stage.

12. Omg, probably anything that involves shirtless men. I used to gif a lot of Supernatural like a thousand years ago, but I don’t think that’s embarrassing. OH, I used to gif questionable ships that I now side eye so much. I think Tana as a teen, versus Tana as a functioning adult are completely different people with fundamentally different tastes.  31. TBH, I’ve been giffing since I was like 14. Back when tumblr had like a 500kb limit?? Then I stopped for a bit, started again, stopped started again. Anytime like I have gaps of free time, I like to gif, it really relaxes me. I kinda went through something super traumatic in Jan and IDK giffing helps me. I can’t explain why. 

1. I don’t really know how to make edits as well as the crazy talented mutuals I follow, but here are my faves. Even though they’re simple, I really am proud of them! One (sam keeping promises), two (sambucky/tangled comparison), and three (bucky’s miracle) . 

22. For sure Sam Wilson. Like I can gif Sam forever. Mackie is my sun and moon.  40. I make gifs because I have a lot of down time lately at work. We’ve been remote since the pandemic and tbh, our hospital is saving a lot of money by keeping all of the insurance and data entry workers at home? It saves space, maintenance, etc. So I’m gonna be working from home for the next couple of years at least. So that’s why. Also I love Sam. Like -- TFATWS is the reason I came back to the Marvel fandom. I kinda felt lost after Endgame. Nothing appealed to me anymore and then -- TFATWS. Mind you, I was bitching and crying about Sam becoming Cap since 2014 and like -- knowing Marvel wasn’t gonna do it, and it happened in Endgame and I pretty much got everything I wanted out of it. So my desire to gif after Endgame just disappeared. It’s back now wholly because of my Captain America.  answered for gif questions!!
