Ari was positively enamored. He had been this whole time, but now he knew for sure, he belonged to you. You belonged to each other. “Let’s get married right now.” Your eyes went wide and you laughed. “Sex was that good, huh?” The smile had no prospect of being wiped off Ari’s face. “I mean, it’s always good. But that was better somehow. I can’t wait to see what it’s like when we’re husband and wife.”

#3 if they're happy? who will they want to share it with?

If Ari were happy, I think the first one he would go to tell is Duchess, he wants to share a life with her! I feel like it would be something that happens at work. Maybe he gets an award for his service. I would say that he’d call her right away, but the ranger station isn’t known for great reception on cell phones, just landlines and the radios. And he wouldn’t want to block the line with a personal call just in case. So as soon as he walks through the front door, he’s beaming at her, throws his bag down, and spills all about his day.

omg not me after reading this chanting at my laptop: "stir the pot, stir the pot, stir the pot" because this answered prompt is making me feral!!! possessive car sex btwn duchess and ari also seems so adventurous for me, and i could see how that would get them even closer than they were before, given that now reader is there to protect ari from both present and past hurt too!

i love how individualistic they are in their relationship too - its a trust that is so worth having in relationships, i feel like! they can rely on each other when they need to but also can be sufficient with themselves/be with themselves in a way where reciprocity, or having very collective/together moments, is celebrated in a very wholesome way :)

Oh literally!! That’s her man!! No one can try and take Ari from her. And god forbid that ex come up to Ari while Duchess is right there, 🫣 she’s stepping in front of him, holding out her hand to stop her. She’s asking who that is and to be introduced. She’s clinging extra close to Ari in the meanwhile before they leave. I think yeah, that experience would make them so close bc they have a common enemy.

And yes! They each had terrible last relationships, to they had to learn how to be alone and be okay with that as they grew as people, so they could be ready for a love as good as this. Thank you for helping me to bring them back to the front of my mind!!💗

She is so tough on everyone’s favorite golden boy and so lawful and I really enjoy writing her reluctant journey with Steve. Especially since she’s got a huge heart under that tough shell. All the feelings and actions are so nuanced that there’s always something new to catch in their interactions

2. You Catch More Bees With Honey (Mob! Bucky x Farmer! Reader) This series is one after my own heart. The first I wrote and published. There are so many hilarious moments. Dare I say it’s almost like idiots in love? The drama of that and everything else is fun. Plus who wouldn’t love Bucky in a cowboy hat?

3. Bigger Houses (Mountain Ranger! Ari Levinson x Reader) This fic was so healing for me to write. It single-handedly helped me push past some long-standing emotions, bc it’s two babes leaving terrible break-ups to find true love and partnership. There’s no settling, just fulfillment and happiness, which they both deserve. And plus, based off one of my favorite albums.

4. I’m So, So Proud of You (Curtis Everett x reader) I’m obsessed with this one because I love a soft and reverent Curtis who isn’t afraid to show it. He’s so playful here, too, and it’s great to have someone acknowledge, share in, and celebrate your successes.

5. A What In Church? (Ransom Drysdale x reader) hehehe this was such a fun one. In general, I love this Soft!Ran. He’s just the sweetest thing. And he’s sly and conniving while still letting in the one he loves so they can scheme together. He’s so horny for her too all the time and I love a guy who gets turned on, but is also so conscious about the things you tell him are important, like the appearance of your relationship to family. He’s a smitten boy
