I know Jake replied sarcastically to this, but it’s so true!! What really clicked for them is that they took the chance to figure out what the other would like and ran with it! I.e. the yarn and Lego bouquets, and really just chatting, letting the other be passionate!! @bigtreefest Omgomgomgomg, I am an absolute sucker for a werewolf story and this one, was like icing on my favorite cake.

What a great choice for this piece, Jake being a absolute werewolf whose OBSESSED with is partner just gave me the biggest heart eyes possible.

And the whole build up, his reaction to the readers choice of costume continues to affirm your choice. He really would be absolutely smitten and lusting after his very own red riding hood.

Then to tease him like that, although I give the reader absolute credit in not knowing fully what he was going through. I adored that she was all about holding out to her promises, including the one to Jake for the end of the night. It was like what he needed to hold out.

The dynamic at the house, I loved how much the reader just fit right in with everything. Even going with the flow in change of plans, even if Jake was like "nooooo not tonight!" He tried so hard though and what a great uncle for that, with all the kids. I cant imagine Pooch's kiddos not seeing him as Uncle JJ too. I had to laugh at the sisters warning, she was kinda spot on about Jensen.

But the pained way he NEEDED to go home, needed his girl and the rush to get her there, oof that actually made me feel a little bad, like yeah we knew that this was gonna be a bit harder for him, but now knowing how he struggled, yeah I feel like as a reader I instigated a bit. Haha.

But his confession, seriously how damn sweet was that? I would literally be melting for him at that moment, and um, well the reader kinda did? Letting him really have her and they just confessing all these beautiful moments and feelings, oof my heart.

This was so damn good, I couldnt get enough of Jake the werewolf boyfriend. I am so damn happy that I got to read this.
