I just idly googled if this person was someone of note, and it turns out his name is Matt Geiler.

In 2006, Matt Geiler was the anchor of the 10 o'clock nightly newscast at KXVO, the Omaha CW affiliate. The program had a nominal budget ($1,000 for the year) to create 22 minutes of programming five nights a week. Geiler and his producers often had to improvise last-minute to fill the show. In the days leading up to Halloween 2006, they pitched several ideas, including grown men falling down in a pumpkin patch, a fictional murder mystery, and dressing up as grandmothers for a cooking segment. Then there was the pièce de résistance: “I’ve got this one thing where I put on a unitard and a pumpkin head and dance at people’s graves,” Geiler recalls pitching his manager, thinking it would never fly. “I want to call it ‘Happy Jack: The Grave Dancer.’”

Geiler never made it to an actual cemetery, but the idea worked even better because of it. He picked up a unitard from his local costume store, cut a foam pumpkin decoration in half, and jumped in front of a green screen. They pre-recorded the segment, featured it alongside live coverage the night of October 31 (Geiler is actually the blond guy who follows the Pumpkin Dance segment), and didn’t think much of it for the next few weeks. Then Christmas came around, they were short on content, so they did it again.

leverage truly has some of the most random side plots. sophie can't stand midwestern food until she gets hungry enough to understand the appeal of pork rinds. parker gets put on antidepressants and experiences one episode of being sociable and happy. parker overcomes her fear of horses which she has because as a child she witnessed a horse beat a clown to death (to be clear, a murder committed by a man dressed as a horse, not an accident involving a real horse). actually parker mostly just seems to be experiencing different emotional stakes than everyone else

hey it’s been almost 11 hours since there was a donation for Maryam, who’s vetted here as family #6 by @gaza-evacuation-funds.

in the past year Maryam has been taking care of her own young daughter and her orphaned nieces and nephews with her husband. Maryam’s brother was separated from them during an iof raid and to this day she does not know if he is still alive.

just a few weeks ago, Maryam’s husband was hit by stray shrapnel of an iof missile. one of the metal shards narrowly missed his spinal cord. he is at great danger for infection if the family does not get enough money for antibiotics which is extremely expensive because of its scarcity. please help.

the campaign has not budged from €1,515 all day. Maryam is taking care of all the kids and her bedbound husband all by herself, with no way to afford food. donations are urgently needed for antibiotics, food, and firewood so everyone can keep warm. please help. this family literally lost everything and has nothing to survive on

I’m so scared for this family’s fate, again there’s only ONE donation of €10 in the past 4 hours. multiple children’s health and a wounded father’s life is on the line.

This is so doable I don’t understand why people are hesitant to donate to Maryam and her family. She has been shadowbanned by tumblr for the second time in the past month so she can’t even advocate for her family

only one donation in the past hour. that means there's just 2 donations in the past 5 hours. it's so expensive to even survive in Gaza, not to mention being immunocompromised and injured.

Maryam is just one person trying to take care of her family, which mostly consist of children under the age of 8. this entails getting food and antibiotics. one of her brother's orphans is literally months old. diapers and baby formula eat up a good chunk of the weekly food costs. please please help i cannot impress upon you how important this is.

I wanna say they're from one of the various runs of a Brave and the Bold team-up book....and the art style and Nightwing design makes me think its from around whenever Young Justice was first airing, because that was when they were really in love with drawing Deathstroke with long hair.
