The moment is now, and all I have to do is speak these words - my whole self, my whole being compressed into them. My life, my struggle, my shame, my relief once I knew there are others like me in this world; my bliss, my ecstasy once I’d discovered how it could be; all this is narrowed down to the three short words - ‘I. AM. GAY.’ which I have brought to my Mother this morning - to know the extent of her love, I think; to reveal her the thing I am holding the closest to my heart and see what happens, and hope for the best; to know whether I am cherished or shattered before bringing the blow upon my Father’s head.

I can't believe it, but I actually haven't read fics with this trope!
However, I did the AO3 search for the tags 'Wizengamot' and 'Courtroom Drama', and about a dozen works popped up. But there's only one that fully matches your request, @searchingforanavrin (Harry testifying for Draco after the war, I'm sure there is more works with this trope, but I think they are not properly tagged therefore aren't visible through the search):

In this fic Harry does testify for Draco, but not right after the war (though there's a reference to that event in the past as well). He testifies for him for the second time, in a few years post-war, when Draco is about to complete his probation but gets involved into some criminal shit and gets caught by Harry who is an Auror.
