It’s rather surprising that the pair get together. They’re both hotheaded and ready to fight, so people always wonder why they aren’t constantly butting heads.
Instead of always being at each other’s throats, Kyotani and S/O are probably most at peace when they’re together. Mainly because nobody would dare try them both.

S/O would probably have to buy him a skateboard! Kyotani enjoys going to the skatepark with S/O, but he always uses S/O’s board.
Would try to get S/O to get him alt clothes. He personally finds goth/punk styles cool, but he doesn’t have the patience to shop for it.
When Oikawa finds out about the relationship, he’s just baffled. He doesn’t understand how Kyotani got himself a boyfriend, but at the same time thinks S/O is perfect for him. Oikawa probably nags Kyotani about how he scored himself a boyfriend during practice.
Kyotani somehow knows where are the underground concerts are being held. He takes S/O along every time for dates.
