Tanjiro Kamado x Fem! S/O

To start off, he’d be heartbroken at first. For years he’s dreamed off a large family, and wanted to experience firsthand what his father and mother had.
However, even if he is upset, it is only temporary. He makes sure to prioritize his S/O’s feelings above all else, because in the end it is her body.
He takes his marriage vows seriously, and would never leave his S/O after the news. He finds it despicable when men leave their wives just because they want to secure an heir. There are already so many abandoned children that deserve a proper home.
If his S/O wanted to still have a family with him, Tanjiro would take in children who were orphaned because of demons. He would originally opt to foster as many kids as possible, but would end up formally taking each one in.
Nezuko’s kids would be so spoiled by Tanjiro and his wife! Count of them being the Aunt and Uncle that can’t say no to their nieces/nephews.

Tanjiro Kamado x Fatally Injured! S/O

Say it happens when they’re fighting a demon, Tanjiro either drops the fight and tries to bring S/O to safety or defeats the demon quickly.
He wants to be with his S/O in their final moments. There is no debate on that!
He’s trying to hold in his tears as he sits next to them. He wants their final moments to be happy, he doesn’t want to ruin that for them.
He makes sure they’re comfortable, he covers them in his haori and has water ready for them. He strokes their hair and kisses their forehead.
When they finally pass, he lets his tears flow freely. It takes him awhile to gain his composure and leave the body. Him and Nezuko later bury the body and mark it with a rock or S/O’s haori.
Afterwards, Tanjiro constantly visits the grave. It takes him some time to move on, and even then he most likely wouldn’t dabble in anything romantic again.

Kyojuro Rengoku x Male! S/O

~~The couple with the meanest bear hugs.~~ Whenever him and his S/O have been apart because of a mission, etc., they tackle each other with large bear hugs.
A very intimidating couple, especially if S/O is also a pillar. The kakushi are afraid of every pillar, including the smaller and petite ones, so imagine a pillar that’s as large as Himejima.
Many people wouldn’t assume that Rengoku would have a boyfriend, so he often gets women flirting with him left and right. However, he won’t even bat an eye in saying he has a handsome S/O waiting for him at home.
Since Rengoku has always been considered a strong person, he never has a chance to be vulnerable. So, whenever he can, he loves to let S/O envelop him in his arms. At times he just wants to feel vulnerable, and those moments are a perfect time.

Obanai Iguro x Ophidiophobic! S/O

Spoiler! After what he’s been through with his family and the demon they worshipped, he can see why his S/O dislikes snakes. Snakes are an acquired taste, and if Kaburamaru hadn’t been there in his time of need, he probably would’ve disliked snakes as well.
Spoiler! Would refuse to show his S/O his mouth. He would hate to see his S/O be afraid of him because of his scar.

SPOILERS DONE

Lowkey refuses to be near S/O, at first glance it seems that he hates them, but upon closer look he just doesn’t want to scare S/O. If S/O is a Hashira, during meetings as he’s perched upon the tree, Obanai longingly watches them.
Dislikes being partnered up with S/O for serious missions. He loves being with them and working with them. However, when the time arises he doesn’t want to scare them with his breath of serpent.
If his S/O never approaches him, Obanai’s relationship with them would never be more than mere acquaintances. It would disappoint Obanai to no end, but he wouldn’t want to scare S/O off.
If his S/O does want to overcome their fear, he will 100% be for it. If S/O allows it, Obanai would try exposure therapy with Kaburamaru. His snake is well trained, and does enjoy people’s company. With time and effort, S/O and Kaburamaru will be inseparable.
During the exposure therapy, he might let it slip that he enjoys their company. If S/O can read between the lines and tell he has a crush, he would let them pursue a relationship with him.

Giyuu Tomioka x S/O

When Giyuu is brought under Urokodaki’s care he meets two of his other pupils, Sabito and S/O. He was quick to notice the almost identical curiosity that flicked in their eyes at his arrival. It was clear as day, the pair were siblings.
After Giyuu has become somewhat settled in Urokodaki’s household, he was sent to train with the siblings.
The training was rigorous, and for the first couple years of his stay, Giyuu and the siblings constantly followed a strict regimen. Run down the mountain, followed by warmup exercises, and to end it all was spars between the trio.
Whenever S/O was pitted against their brother or Giyuu, the two males would go easy on them. However, when the boys were placed together…it was hellish to say the least.
It was obvious to Sabito that Giyuu harbored some sort of feelings for his sibling. So, being the protective older brother, he wanted to show S/O that Giyuu didn’t deserve them. On the other side of things, Giyuu wanted to prove his strength to S/O. Their spars would go on for hours until the pair tired themselves out.
As time went on, however, Sabito slowly came to realize that Giyuu was in fact worthy of S/O. He was a pure man, someone who Sabito believed to have nothing but S/O’s best interest at mind.
That was how the first few years of Giyuu’s stay at Urokodaki’s was spent. They were peaceful days, that the trio were able to spend happily.
It was around Giyuu’s third year of his stay that S/O got sick. It was quick and sudden, and it appeared the bug wasn’t budging anytime soon.
The makeshift family tried their best to handle the situation. S/O’s condition appeared stable for a time, they were still able to sit outside and watch the two boys spar. Then it became so they were bedridden.
The pair of boys took it hard, but they tried their best to keep S/O happy. When it came time for the boys to leave for final selection, they begrudgingly left a crestfallen S/O.
Giyuu, with obvious feelings for S/O, swore to confess seeing as if he could pass the selection he was worthy. ~~Although he wouldn’t swear until Sabito pressured him enough.~~
However, when the selection goes fraught, and Sabito is killed protecting Giyuu, Giyuu crumbled. He refused to return to Urokodaki’s. He was ashamed of himself and believed he was unworthy in seeing S/O, let alone confessing.
After the selection he merely sent a crow with a letter for Urokodaki, which announced the death of Sabito.
The house of Urokodaki was solemn then on. The once happy, albeit dysfunctional, family had been broken.
It would be years before the house would feel some form of warmth again. It would come in the form of siblings.

Amane knew, she figured she had always known, that his smile hid something. It was eerily calming, just as those smiles engraved on the Buddha statues littered across their estate. He always flashed his charming smile. Even at inappropriate times. The worst moment of it all happened on a still night. The type of night where one could be in the comforts of their home, yet still feel a sense of unease. That’s exactly how Amane felt.

The evening was like every other. Kagaya’s work was done for the day, so he opted to drink some tea while seated marginal to Amane. They silently basked in each other’s presence as their children happily tossed a temari to one another. All was calm, mysteriously so, considering their family’s occupation. Amane nervously glanced at her husband, then her children. They were all happy, peaceful even. Just why couldn’t she feel the same?

Just as Amane thought the feeling of dread, was simply just a feeling, her eldest entered the room and spoke in a hurried voice. Hinaki described that a hashira had been left nearly mangled on the estate’s front step. With a gasp, Amane rushed to the entrance to aid the hashira. Just as her daughter had said, the hashira was indeed a bloodied mess. Their once vibrant haori was stained, while their demon slayer uniform was nearly shredded to pieces.

As soon as Amane lifted the hasira’s body, her husband appeared from the depths of their estate. There was no urgency in his movements, or in his words.

"What has happened?” Amane stumbled over her words as she wobbly lifted the hashira’s body. She briefly explained the situation as she left to find an emergency kit. However, just as she passed his body she caught a smile forming on his lips.

A smile of all thing in such a dire situation. How could the man who sobbed so late into the night for his comrades smile when one was on the brink of death? Thoughts rushed through Amane’s head as she haphazardly attempted to stop the hashira’s bleeding.

Hours passed before the hashira displayed a sign of movement. Their eyes slowly flickered to life, prompting Amane to greet them. “Don’t worry you’re safe,”

“W-where am I?” The hashira spoke.

“At the Ubuyashiki estate.”

The hashira became alert at her words. They struggled to sit up, thus agitating their wounds. “I-I can’t be here! Oyakata-sama, he’s…he’s—it’s his fault!” The hashira roughly pulled at their hair as tears flowed freely down their face, “He’s sick! He…he hired that demon! I’m sure of it!”

Amane fell back at their words. It was such an outlandish claim, considering the fact he headed the demon slayers. Yet, she full-heartedly believed them. “Please no! Don’t leave me with him!” The hashira feebly tried to grab onto Amane’s kimono, but stopped due to another voice.

“Now, why wouldn’t one of my sweet children want to be with me?”

When him and S/O walk in together, everyone needs sunglasses to even look at them. They’re that flashy.
S/O is probably the partner he spends the most time with him out of his wives. It isn’t favoritism, it’s just due to the fact S/O always makes sure he keeps up with his looks.
Out of the wives, Suma is the one who loves to get dolled up with S/O the most. She’s too meek to do it herself, so when one of her partners does it for her, she’s all for it! She’d never be brave enough to do anything big, such as dyeing her hair, however she watches S/O do it with awe.
Makio is the one who doesn’t understand the need to always be ‘flamboyant’. It isn’t that she doesn’t respect S/O’s style, it just doesn’t suit her.
Hinatsuru is the one who enjoys making clothing with S/O. S/O usually designs the outfits, while Hinatsuru sees to sewing them.
Uzui isn’t allowed to help with clothing. He’s extremely impatient, and easily gets frustrated with a needle and thread.
S/O 100% made his headband. The day they gave it to him, literal tears came to his eyes about how ‘flamboyant’ it was. They also pierced his ears for him! ~~He was a big baby about it and Makio had to set him straight.~~
All of S/O’s partners are lowkey jealous that they can wear heels. The group of them all walk like newborn dear with heels on.
The overall dynamic of the relationship doesn’t change much. Now they just have an extra partner who is their stylist.

When Inosuke was first brought to House Ogimoto, his face was painted up strangely to say the least. The Madam hurriedly called over S/O, the Oiran of House Ogimoto.
The Madam gushed about how ‘Inoko’ would be S/O’s disciple and help House Ogimoto pummel the other houses’ popularity to the ground.
S/O laughed at their Madam’s eagerness and quietly ushered Inosuke with them. S/O quickly took him into their chambers and wiped the ridiculous makeup off of him.
Inosuke’s first impression of S/O was that they were a strange creature. He was confused as to why there were so many pins in their hair. He wanted to pester them with questions, but bit his tongue for the mission. Besides the fact that he was utterly perplexed he also saw them as gorgeous.
The few days he was at House Ogimoto were spent shadowing S/O and occasionally taking off to search for information and report to Uzui.
Throughout the time Inosuke spent with the Oiran, he couldn’t help but feel fuzzy around them. They had a beautiful voice and conducted themselves with grace. They were everything expected of an Oiran and more. At the same time, however, he couldn’t stop the feeling of frustration that flooded his body when he couldn’t respond to them.
Inosuke, having no clue what he was feeling for the Oiran, demanded his teammates to clarify what he was feeling.
Tanjiro was of little help, considering he never dabbled in romance. Zenitsu simply mocked him, saying that someone so brash couldn’t have fallen for someone in such high places.
And Uzui, well surprisingly he was of most help. He said that was how he felt when he met his wives.
“So then I’ll marry them!” Uzui laughed at the masked boy, “You’re gonna have to pay for them, a flamboyant sum at that!”
As the mission progressed Inosuke felt his paitence dwindle. One day, however, as he was searching for information he felt a demon’s presence.
He was ready to pounce, but a sense of dread washed over him as he saw were the presence was coming from. It was the Oiran’s quarters.
After summoning Uzui’s mice and retrieving his mask and swords, he rushed into the room. At the center of the room was S/O, encased in what seemed to be a piece of cloth.
He quickly sliced S/O out of the cloth. The cloth, which was now obviously something demonic, sneered as it retreated.
Inosuke began to make chase after it, but was promptly stopped by S/O’s coughing. He threw off his mask and began to assess for any wounds on S/O.
He quickly, if not harshly, explained the situation to S/O. He then told her not to tell the others in House Ogimoto, as he needed to stay undercover.
“It’s nice to finally hear you speak, Inoko, and I’m glad you finally show your true colors.” The Oiran laughed at Inosuke’s perplexed face, “I knew you were a boy, but I was quite confused as to why you were pretending to be a girl. I’ll keep your secret, only if you be careful.”
The final days Inosuke spent at House Ogimoto were spent fully with S/O. He happily told the Oiran about his conquests as they worked, and spoke of his teammates as they ate.
Over the final days, S/O couldn’t help but be charmed by Inosuke’s strange personality. He was sweet in his own eccentric way.
When he returned one night, he hastily dressed in his demon slayer garb. As he did so, he explained to S/O that one of his teammates had gone missing and that he had to find its hideout.
As he rushed into the hallway he yelled to S/O, “I’ll be back! Don’t worry I’ll be rich and I’ll buy you!”
The Oiran confusedly watched his retreating body, and suddenly realized. He meant he’d buy them for their hand in marriage.

A very awkward partner. After Sabito, he became extremely withdrawn. To him, romantic human interaction was something of a dream. To now have it at his beck and call, it’s something he wants to take advantage of. He just doesn’t know how. His S/O would have to initiate everything until he becomes more secure in the relationship.
If his S/O is a fellow hashira he’s usually next to them during meetings. All the other pillars lowkey hate the lovey dovey looks he gives as his holds their hand. Shinazugawa finds it disgusting, and disrespectful if they are in the presence of Kagaya. The rest are surprised that the usually calm and montone pillar can actually express anything romantic
Whenever he gets made fun of for his lack of friends, he proudly states his S/O is more than enough for him. ~~He’s almost immune to all of Shinobu’s comments.~~

She’s a hard shell to crack. Her S/O would have to be persistent if they wanted her to genuinely express how she’s feeling. She never expresses her pain and anguish, she covers everything with her serene smile.
Loves talking about her pharmaceuticals with her S/O. It’s something she’s passionate about, and to share her knowledge with someone she cares deeply for is meaningful to her.

A warm and kind man who loves to smother his S/O in love and support. He’s a hug and kiss type of guy! Haven’t seen each other because of a mission? He scoops his S/O up in a tight hug followed by a deep kiss!
Loves to bring his S/O to visit his family. Even if his father isn’t receptive, he gladly spends large amounts of time with his S/O and younger brother.
If his S/O is a demon slayer/demon their protection is one of his priorities if they go on missions together. He won’t let them out of his sight and guarantees almost no injuries.

Biggest flirt, even if his S/O is officially with him. He’s an eccentric man who believes he can woo his partners ‘flamboyantly’ even if they are already together. Gotta keep that spark!
Loves to carry all his partners at the same time. He tried to juggle them once, but it didn’t end up good. Suma ends up banging her head and crying. While Hinatsuru comforts her and S/O comforts her. Makio ends up scolding Tengen.

His S/O might have gang up on Sanemi with his brother. Maybe two people will get him to crack his tough exterior and allow himself to be vulnerable.

Overthinks a lot of his actions. He seems like a self-possessed guy, but when it comes to his S/O he overthinks everything. Did they think I look weird today? What about that gift I gave them, did they like it?
Lets his snake coil around his S/O. It’s a large sign of trust on his part, since his snake is so crucial to him. If his S/O is scared of reptiles, he tries his best to ease them into liking their company.
Lowkey loves to be smothered with his S/O’s love and affection. He may not seem one to be touchy-feely, but he just loves to be in his S/O’s arms.

Gyomei Himejima

Although the cannot see, he believes his S/O has the kindest soul, so they must have the kindest appearance.
Is very protective of his S/O, but never to the point where it’s suffocating. His line of work is dangerous, and he’s lost so much already, so he tries his best to care for his S/O.
Enjoys holding his S/O’s hand. It’s a simple form of affection that isn’t suffocating or too inappropriate for public. It’s perfect for him!

Tanjiro Kamado

Would be an influencer of some sort. Mainly gained popularity through Nezuko on her pages. Off topic note she’d probably be a freelance model that travels a lot w/Tanjiro. On a live, or on several of her posts, Tanjiro might’ve been accidentally gotten sucked into helping her. Nezuko’s fans loved him, thus why he starts with his own blogs.
His account would mostly be posts about food and or scenery from the areas he travels to. The only time he actually shows his face is when he has a nice picture with friends/family. It’s not that he hates posting himself, but he’s too selfless to just post pictures of himself.
He doesn’t understand ‘modern’ memes, however if you find him older ones, that are more understandable, he will laugh.
Doesn’t have the newest phone, but he doesn’t use a flip-phone. He just takes his siblings old phones and resets them for himself. He just doesn’t see a reason to spend money on a new one.
Isn’t the most fashionable, but he does make himself look presentable. His wardrobe doesn’t exactly fit a set trend, or style. He’s a sucker for layers though.

Has the most complex Starbucks order, and when the employees get it wrong he’s too anxious to actually complain.
He requests a dog, but he gets a bird instead. Chuntaro usually perched on his shoulder. Zenitsu tried to train him, and at this point no one sees Zenitsu as the owner.
Is very into fashion, Zenitsu thinks a well-dressed man attracts women. Falls into the wannabe soft-boy category.
Follows the popular culture and trends. Even if he thinks they are utterly stupid. If he’s in, he must be in with the girls??

Inosuke Hashibara

Became a viral meme by mistake. Probably discovered on Tanjiro’s page in the background. Now has his own YouTube channel where he does acrobatics, strange challenges, and sometimes plays video games.
He’s extremely into memes, the kind were if you don’t get it you never will.
Does not care about his wardrobe. Fashion isn’t his thing. However after a livestream, a few subscribers convinced him to go for a more edgy look. As well as that he has crossed dressed on several occasions for a challenge.
Surprisingly, Inosuke is very into the newest tech. He has the latest phone, monitor, nose-canceling headphones; the list could go on. He’s on Tanjiro’s case of not caring what phone he has.
Has a pet boar, no one is sure if that’s legal. Yet no one dares to get on Inosuke’s case.
Goes to the gym often. Crowds usually surround him when he does his more ‘fancy’ tricks. He finds it annoying and has been kicked out on several accounts for colorful language and thrown punches.

With his hectic life and schedule of a full-time demon slayer, quality time together is rare. A majority of time spent with his S/O is on missions, or at the butterfly estate as he heals. Dates consist of training, or simply just basking in one another’s presence. However when the opportunity arises, he’s quick to take his S/O out for udon.
Tanjiro is guilty he cannot provide a semblance of a normal relationship. He sometimes ponders if his S/O is better off without him, but with a little reassurance on his S/O’s part, he’ll come to his senses.
If his S/O is a demon slayer, you can bet your arse that he’ll be attached to their hip! He will accompany his S/O on almost every mission, unless he is specifically ~~forcefully~~ told not to.

Just gonna get this out they way, if he and his S/O are in a relationship he will be very clingy. He’d still be clingy either way, but that’s beside the point. He loves holding his S/O’s hand. If his hands are too clammy he’ll link pinkies! He’d do anything just to keep in contact with his S/O.
If he and his S/O were to ever fight, or just need space, he’d quietly sulk behind them. ~~Low key stalks them until they apologize to one another~~. His S/O would probably realize they’d rather have him be happy and clingy, than have him in the corner of the room sulking.
Relationship goes on fast, like speed of light~~ning~~ fast. He knows no bounds, and wouldn’t mind getting married they second he and his S/O were official. His S/O would need to sit him down and calmly tell him a good relationship needs time. He’d mope for a bit, but he’d come to understand.
Is very sweet in a relationship and goes out of his way to do things for his S/O. If his S/O is injured and can’t leave their bed he’d stay by their side and describe that day’s weather! He’d even collect followers from outside to give to them. ~~If they are at the butterfly estate it is much to Shinobu’s and Aoi’s distaste.~~

Inosuke Hashibira

Would and will carry his S/O over his shoulders 24/7. It’s a strange habit, but he likes showing the world that they’re his S/O and he just likes having his S/O near him. Though he would never admit the second part.
Loves to eat his S/O’s food, even if they aren’t the best cook. Something about knowing his S/O cooked his food satisfies him. This has something to do with the fact that he often had to gather and collect his own food. So knowing someone took time out of their day to feed him makes him fuzzy.
A relationship with him isn’t traditional. Due to his raising he doesn’t know many social ques, especially for romantic interactions. He tries to impress his S/O by heroically and stylishly slaying demons. Whenever he successfully kills one, he turns to his S/O, making sure they saw the whole ordeal. If his S/O decides to throw him a bone and congratulate Inosuke, he’d be happy and tame the rest of the day, ~~for the most part.~~
Couldn’t care less about how his S/O goes about their day, to the point where he seems insensitive. It isn’t that he doesn’t care about his S/O, he trusts them with all his heart and doesn’t feel the need to baby them. However if his S/O is ever hurt he goes berserk.
