ahah all good love! she is currently promoting an “intuitive fasting” book which is... an oxymoron? and if you just go to the comments there are a bunch of registered dieticians, ED therapists etc commenting about why and how that is incredibly harmful, esp since she has such a HUGE following, and even before this with goop and all of it’s detoxes and blegh basically she promotes terrible relationships with food and disordered eating (even if you want to argue it’s indirectly) so yeah, hate her :)
