Fanfic prompt: The timeline is split into three ,right ?
One where twilight comes from
One where time went to get milk and never returned being wind's
And one where legend comes from
And you know what would be absolutely hilarious
If Time married sheik in legend's timeline and therefore legend is related to him
Which would make him Malon's step grand child
And Inter dimensional step siblings with twilight
Because the potential for crack is enormous
Like their relationship would be so weird
Malon accepted him without hesitation because it’s a weird time traveler thing and obviously a different time made a different decision
But explaining that to her was something that time had no idea how to even start with that mess
Legend is incredibly awkward because he more or less is imposing on the family
(And his family never wanted him anyway so why does this one do when he is nothing but a slanderous bastard to their family and name
He isn’t a Lon Lon nor is he even part of his ancestor’s family he literally was hidden like a dirty secret for most of his life… so why?)
But time figures it out anyway
It is genuinely painful for legend to know that he was wanted by his ancestor
Because his present family didn’t
But everyone just accepts him like he deserves to and it doesn’t make sense
Malon took a single look at the sad face and decided that one is hers as well
And wind too
(Talon has no idea what is going on but if Malon decided that those kids are hers he will just be supportive)
Time feels bad because he wasn’t there for legend
Twilight and Legend are both confused by the timeline
Twilight just accepted him because one half sibling still is better then no family so he doesn’t even dare to be weird about it)

like? the internal turmoil Legend would have??? i wonder if he would fear being treated differently when the chain found out about him being technically a prince. that they are related by proximity and time travel to a prince??

“Heyyy Maaaalllloooonnnn~” Wind sang, skipping into the kitchen where Malon and Wild were preparing lunch for the chain.
“Yeah kiddo?”
“What’s this?” Wind dropped a pile of little glass bottles onto the counter beside the two.
Malon brushed her hands on her apron, picking up one of the little bottles.
“Oh, that's nail polish, it’s like paint. But for nails.” she explained.

Malon wiped her eyes again, trying not to think about Time, but unable to avoid it. Her husband had always had his secrets, but even at the worst of times he’d never hidden something like this from her, gone behind her back, lied to her...
“He’s never done anything like this,” Malon sniffled, shakily wiping her nose again, “now I’m losing him, I don’t know what to do...”
“What are you talking about?” Ghirahim snapped, and Malon startled, looking up at him.
She blinked, and Ghirahim slapped her with a rolled up magazine.
“Goddesses woman! Pull yourself together!” Ghirahim shouted as she reeled. “You are Malanya! You know what you should do!”
Malon blinked at him in shock, tears still dripping down her nose, and Ghirahim pointed the magazine at her nose.
“You will show your husband that you remember who he is, that he is the Fierce Deity, but you won’t let him forget that you yourself are Malanya! You will confront the problem head on, like a storm of raging cattle! You will fight! And you will win!” he shouted, thrusting the magazine up into the air.
Malon stares, and Fi patted her on the arm in the mechanical way she always did. “And once you do, call us when you return. Your visits are always appreciated.”
