Zaiah's Writing Ask/Request Rules!!!

since people have started indulging me with throwing little prompts my way like birdseed, i thought it high time to write down a basic list of what i will and will not do!!

I will write: - angst - hurt/comfort - /reader - fluff - Polyamory - sickfics (i actually love them) - body image struggles and weight issues - platonic and romantic (as long as shit is legal) - major or minor character death (i will cry while doing so though) I won't write: - Smut/NSFW/Explicit content (uncomfy with writing it rn) - dead dove: do not eat - anything usually illegal in relationships (children/adult, ya know) Things I may-or-may-not write (it depends) - heavy and/or explicit mental health struggles (harming themselves, etc.) - specific disorders I don't believe I can do justice to (if I can't find enough resources or information to not end up perpetuating harmful stereotypes or end up making up shit i won't write it. i don't want to do harm to people)

Most fics or writings (if deemed long enough) will be posted to "Elysse_the_Nerd/Zaiah's Request Corner" on AO3. If you wish for that not to happen for yours, let me know! all writings will be tagged with #zaiah writes. I mainly write for Legend of Zelda right now, mostly Linked Universe and Linked Maze, but I have past experience in the Minecraft-Youtube realm as well.

Heed my rules, feel free to send me a prompt!! i sadly am a slow writer sometimes, and cannot promise i can answer every ask.

had a dream last night where i was in a mall food court trying to get food. Except, i ended up in front of a clothing store, called "Tumblr". why there was a clothing store in the food court, i have no idea. why it was called "tumblr" i also have no idea. but when i looked around, there were also two other like, food stores. one called "Tumbler" and the other called "tumblur" which was also strange. i turned back to the "Tumblr" clothing store clerk to ask about, i dunno, copyright?. but the store was now a subway store.

i tried to take a picture to show people, but 1, it was a dream, and 2, in the dream none of the stores would fit in the frame?

i dunno, it was weird. i don't wanna know what type of food or clothes "tumblr, tumbler, or tumblur" would have.

A little over 8 years ago, a friend of mine, L (name redacted) was hit by her scum-bucket boyfriend.  It wasn’t the first time he’d hit her, but it was the first time he’d hit her in front of her best friend J. (name also redacted.)  J objected to the abuse, you might say she objected violently to the abuse (which is one of the reasons why the names are redacted even if the statute of limitations should be up.)

After scum-bucket had fled the scene, J decided that L needed some more support, so she called every women she knew.  Everyone available showed up to L’s apartment with weapons and booze.  Imagine if you will, around 30 women stuffed into a one-bedroom apartment comforting L and passing around the drinks when someone spots scum-bucket’s car pulling into the parking lot.

It was decided that a few ladies would stay in the apartment with L while the rest of us when downstairs to confront scum-bucket and prevent him from entering the building.

Now all of us ladies at that time happened to belong to the same theater group that specialized in swashbuckling plays, lots of sword fights and the like.  So, when I say we brought weapons, I mean we brought things like broadswords, battleaxes, crossbows, rapiers and like.

So, scum-bucket gets out of his car and starts walking across the parking lot only to spot 25 or so heavily armed women marching out of the building, raising their weapons and charging at him while screeching like furies.

Scum-bucket had a pretty good sense of self-preservation and the sight of us was inspiring.  He ran back to the car and peeled out of the parking light like the hounds of hell were at his heels and I suppose we were.

Anyhow, L never heard from him again.  Eventually, she and J started dating and they’ll have been married for 5 years next September.

The traveler was losing himself to the ravenous beast.

The chain aren't used to their own hunger being a life-threatening problem. >:)
