Aside from Doc, Marty takes the words of his great-great-grandparents to heart and truly changes for the better because of them. These good, salt-of-the-earth souls help shape Marty into the man we know he can be, and they deserve a nice bracelet for that. :)

The night before he “borrowed” a locomotive for a science experiment with Marty, Doc sat by a campfire with a decision to make, knowing his life would change whatever his choice. Doc acclimated well to the Old West in authentic attire, but that little bit of eccentricity (Hawaiian shirt) survived and thrived, winning him the heart of Clara Clayton.

At the town meeting in February 1885, Emmett Brown met Mary Ward, the schoolteacher. She knew a fellow advocate for education when she saw him.
Doc happily taught weekly — soon, twice weekly — science lessons for her twelve students.
They took samples from the lake, dyed daisies to study capillary action, and talked about everything from dinosaurs and geology to the Hydrologic Cycle.
“A good preamble for our weather experiment next week!” Emmett said, showing them the weather vane and rain gauge he was preparing outside.
They were expecting storms.
They were not expecting Mrs. Ward to pass in her sleep.
Clara was no stranger to the deep hours of the night.
She fell in love with stars at a young age, when her thready breaths and chest pains kept her awake.
She fell in love with the writings of Jules Verne soon after she recovered, retreating into his fantastic worlds until the sun warmed the horizon. She pretended that if she looked close enough, she might see The Baltimore Gun Club’s projectile streaking against the current of falling stars on its way to the moon.
And when her beloved stars paled around him, she fell in love with Emmett Brown.

Once they pass that windmill, Marty will either leave his Clint Eastwood get-up in the past or have to live the rest of his days owning up to an iconic name. Revisiting the 1885 Clint Eastwood design for this prompt because I love it.

Okay, so here me out.
This map of 1885 Hill Valley is from the Doctor Collector Back to the Future Time Travel Memories Tin [X]. It's probably my favorite BttF map ever because of how detailed it is.
In the upper right corner, we find the first of two legends that name the numbered establishments on the map. And number five, by far, made my imagination spiral: fortune teller.
The Fortune Teller is located just behind the bathhouse (number 4 on the map) in the Chinese camp (3), apparently just out of view when Marty enters Hill Valley at the beginning of Part 3.
Long story short: No Pines Marty totally sets up shop as a fortune teller just to screw with people/ make Doc mad because he's actually telling people about the future/ refuses to live in the blacksmith shop with him.
That's it. That's the whole thing.
