Yeah, yeah. It’s all fun and games until Miss Piggy tries to fight you in the studio parking lot for “stealing her man.”

Happy birthday to Rowlf! ❤️❤️❤️
I had never seen the Jean-Pierre Rampal Muppet Show episode until yesterday. It's an interesting one for sure, if maybe a little boring. I liked it, but I'm a classical musician, so I might be a little biased. It's the kind of thing I can't picture the Muppets doing today. Can you imagine either of the recent Muppet shows having a musician like, say, Hilary Hahn as a guest and devoting 2 and a half minutes of the show to just her playing Debussy while a bunch of Muppet birds slowly gather around to listen?
All five seasons of The Muppet Show will stream on Disney+ on February 19, 2021.

Richard Frank Oznowicz (b. May 25, 1944), better known as Frank Oz, is one of the foremost Muppet performers and Jim Henson’s closest collaborator. Oz and Henson performed some of most famous Muppet comedy teams – Oz was Bert to Henson’s Ernie, and Miss Piggy to Henson’s Kermit the Frog. On Sesame Street, Oz also performed Grover and Cookie Monster; on The Muppet Show, he performed Fozzie Bear, Animal, Sam the Eagle and many other Muppets.
