Transformation Tuesday: I just wanna stress to you all again that you cannot target just ONE SPECIFIC area for weightloss…It is about a 130+ lb difference in these pics…((🤷🏾♀️ I get this question a lot so a visual aid was needed lol DON’T JUDGE ME!!!))….but unfortunately the fat will melt where it wants…this is why it’s a process b/c eventually it will melt where you want it to but you just have to be patient enough to wait for those results…Trust me I wish it happened instantly & that we could all just wake up w/ the results we want but that just isn’t how it works…it’s a gradual process that takes some time… is it tough? Yes!….is it worth it? Abso-damn-lutely!!!

October 2017 vs now. I went vegan for the animals, not for losing weight. But I’m not complaining! Going vegan has improved so many aspects of my life, I would never, ever go back. Go vegan!! (I was vegetarian in the before pictures)
210ish vs 190
i’m sorry i’m filthy and horrible at cleaning in my defense the shit in the first picture wasnt mine
Still big, still cute ✨
How about that glow up y’all
It’s a slow process.
Progress is progress, no matter how small.
Feb 2017 vs July 2018 ✨ “She believed she could, so she did.”
FINALLY broke through my plateau so i’m officially down 75lbs!!
Ever since I started this blog I have been going through the ups and downs of weightloss. From months of committment to then not doing anything and eating like crap for months over one minor setback.
The photo on the left was late last year after some emotional trials in my life, and then further avoidance of diet and exercise after an accident in January. And the right is is 3 months of hard work since March. 👍🏻👍🏻
Congrats on a better mental state - your 3 month progress is very visible. 💜💜💜
163 lbs to 128 lbs
There’s a lot of times I have to look back at old photos so that I can truly appreciate how far I’ve come. I may have lost the weight, but I’ve gained so much more… strength, confidence, and the realization that I can do absolutely anything I set my mind to.
Another 10lbs down–that makes 30 so far! Don’t notice as many facial changes from my last post from January, but I’ve definitely noticed the way my pants and tops are starting to fit much more loosely. I’m so happy with my progress so far. 💖
I have done a side by side in a while. When I feel like the numbers on the scale aren’t dropping I make one of these and remember where I stared. 66lbs down, 34 more to go. #285days #weightloss #running #vegan #its100percentAMentalBattle
The year is slowly coming to a close and I just wanted to get one more before and after in here before it does. Now, I haven’t been to the gym in a few weeks. I’ve been struggling to get over a cold and I feel awful for it, but I need to remind myself that even if I haven’t been to the gym, at least I am no longer the person I was before. On the left, I was 17, weighed around 175lbs. I wore a size 14-16 and had never stepped foot in a gym before. I’ve put on some weight again which means I just need to work extra hard once I get back to the gym. I’ve never regretted getting into weight training and the gym and I wouldn’t change that
