Many of us crave (and just wait) for more interaction and messages, and yet we don’t take any initiative ourselves to connect, so thank you.

I don’t know if people get notifications of replies mentioning them ( @aerobicorea and @omgitsjamiealex let me know), so I will respond here: 

@builttoprotectnottolove - don’t dwell on how long it will take, just focus on sticking to your plan this week, the results will come soon enough :-) Most people have stretch marks and they will fade, so forget about them. Good luck. 
@gingertreat - Hey love, thanks for answering. Forget about your fitness level right now. Just make a schedule of when you will do what regarding school and stick to it - in a week it will all be over and you will have more time for running etc. Treat yourself well right now and get everything done. Wishing you luck. 
@maryfarinas - Good idea, soon you will have time for things outside of school, yay! Just one more week, you’ve got this girl! 
@coutrney - I feel for you, life isn’t easy as is let alone with depression. Establish structure as much as you can in your life, that will keep you moving when you are really low and make sure it includes a daily dose of art and friends no matter how brief. Wishing you strength. 
@thejoneslegacy - Hope you are feeling better now. 750 calories in one session?! Wow, I can’t do that, congrats if you can do that consistently. Its easier to keep going if you stop focusing on the end results and instead focus on hitting your daily goals. That way you can feel satisfaction daily instead of delaying it till you see huge results. Any day you stick to your plan is a victory! Congrats on your engagement!!! :-) 
@hallokatzenkind - I vote no on the haircut, but it’s only because I got a bob once and it took me like 5 years to grow it out :-(  Get a fun wig if you need to get it out of your system hahaha! From my observation of friends, the elation you feel from cutting your hair lasts about a week and then you’re off on a mission to get super long hair lol. Thoughts anyone? On the other hand some people look amazing with short hair.  What kind of hair mask do you use?
