Got to love old timeline pictures. 😁 Of course back then I didn’t go to the game because I didn’t fit in the seats.

2017-2019 life has changed a lot since I decided to take myself out of a body that held me back. I’ve done things I never thought I would. I enjoy things I swore I never would. My world is expanded. Things are confusing at times because the weightloss is intoxicating but I’m healthier then I’ve ever been. I dont want to go back to feeling out of breathe when I eat or get in and out of my car. I dont want to go back to sweating in any room year round. I dont want to go back to not being able to hike 10 miles. I dont want to go back to that oversized and weak body.
weary-bones submitted: I’m 5’7 and my starting weight was 169lbs by the time I reached the photos on the left I was 155lbs. I’m now at 147lbs and do yoga, go running, and weight-lift. I’ve also started cutting down on eating large portions and as often. I’m also a type 1 diabetic with hypothyroidism so my weight and health is a constant battle

jesssmitty08 submitted: 40 lbs lost (~ 18kg) and gained such a new look on life. Went from drinking 3-5 times a week and binge eating, to being extremely dedicated to the gym and what foods I chose. SW: 173 lbs CW: 133 lbs. I don’t have a goal weight because I won’t be defined by a number on the scale. Watch what you put in your mouth, put in work at the gym, and the results will show. 😊 ❓ How’s she looking? ✅ Reblog and Like if she should be proud. 🤳 Submit your own before and after pictures to be featured on this blog 📸 New Motivational IG: stepup365
eaturgreenzz submitted: Down 100lbs! Now it’s all about toning up and improving my fitness 💪🏼😅
On the left I was 16 years old and probably around 230lbs (not sure on weight), right was a few days ago (22 years old) at 150lbs'ish.
Good luck everyone and feel free to ask me any Qs!!! 🍀💜 ❓ How’s she looking? Any “before” body doubles out there? 🤳 Submit your own before and after pictures to be featured on this blog 📸 New Motivational IG: stepup365

Still got more to go but this is a couple of months difference. 1200-1500 calories a day, walking more everyday. Not much of a difference but I think there’s some in the stomach area.

@becomingmybestme submitted: I left an unhealthy relationship and developed a relationship with myself for the first time in my life. In the last few months, I’ve lost approximately 10kg (I don’t know what my highest weight was because I refused to weigh myself after I saw 68kg on the scale). I’m now 58kg. I’m aiming to lose a few more kg but mainly start to shape up now (I have no ass these days, apparently haha). Good luck to all of you on this journey. The relationship you have with yourself can absolutely change your life and I wish I had learnt this sooner.
Tl;dr 68kg -> 58kg (168cm) thanks to self-love.

I know this isn’t as much weight as most people on here have lost but I still lost a hell of a lot of weight and I’m so proud of myself, I was just 16 when I realised I was so big and I was so self conscious. Now I’m happier, healthier and am always making sure I’m never going to go back to that bigger girl from my past❤
