[3.22 - Donoterase: Part 2] Ok, I know, I'm the most hopeless MPJ shipper living. But do you realize that J doesn't leave with his father to stay and try to help Miss Parker? I know, as soon as he can he tries to escape from Brigitte, but when Major Charles calls him to get on the plane, he doesn't. And here he says "I've got to get her to the hospital". Not 'we', not 'you', I. He wants to take her to the hospital, to be sure she's going to be fine. That's sooooooo sweet! We're talking about a pretender who's likely to be captured, and yet his first thought is to take Parker to the hospital. If this isn't love, I don't know what it is... This moment is priceless!!!

Jarod: I’ve got to get her to the hospital. Brigitte: You’re not going anywhere. Looks like you’re out of luck. Now, you want to do this the easy way, or do you want to end up like her? [3.22 - Donoterase: Part 2]

Parker: Daddy get back! Willie: I’ve got him. Raines: Shoot him! Broots: God no! Jarod: She’s losing a lot of blood. Keep this compressed against the wound. Raines: Forget Parker, stop the plane! Major Charles: Jarod, let’s go! Jarod: You go ahead without me! Major Charles: Jarod. Jarod: That boy needs a father, now go. We’ll, we’ll catch up later. Major Charles: I love you, Son! Jarod: I love you too, Dad. [3.22 - Donoterase: Part 2] Do we need to spend words to talk about Jarod's face when Parker gets shot? One would think that a man on the run would be glad when his most obstinate pursuer is gunned down. But here we're talking about Jarod and Parker. Nothing is normal between them. That's such a twisted relationship. But what a great one! So, Jarod stays to help her. He definitely looks both at Major Charles and Parker, lying on the ground, dying. You can see him hesitating just for a second. Who would you think would have won his heart, at a moment like that? The weakest, the dearest, the most loved one. It's always been HER. So, *non-shippers*, please shut up! After this moment, what more could you say? If Jarod hand't been in love with Parker, he would have never stayed!

[3.22 - Donoterase: Part 2]

Jarod: I told you Sydney comes alone! Parker: Jarod I had no choice, they’re planning to kill my father. Jarod: Who? [3.22 - Donoterase: Part 2] One has to be a true hopeless shipper to see love in this scene. But I do. Just think about these things: 1. Parker gets there WITHOUT her gun, hands up, a really worried expression on her face. She's not there to betray Jarod's trust, but because she's afraid for her father's life. 2. Parker trusts Jarod SO MUCH to realize that he would never hurt her father (it seems that Broots' words eventually struck her). So she's not even remotely pissed off at the man who *kidnapped* Mr. Parker! It seems that she doesn't care anymore! 3. Jarod looks so angry when he sees Miss Parker arriving, and yet as soon as he notices she is so worried and scared, he totally changes his attitude and asks her "Who?" in the sweetest way ever... *_*

Jarod: Dad. Sydney: Now take care of your father, and of yourself. Jarod: Thank you Sydney. Come on, Dad. Sydney: Jarod. I’m glad you found your family. [3.22 - Donoterase: Part 2] Sydney is amazing in this episode. He shares two "fatherly" moments with both Jarod and Parker, both very emotional. I'm sure he must feel a bit neglected for Jarod finding his biological father. And yet, family is not just a matter of blood, "it takes love" (as Jarod told Sydney - and us - before). He certainly looks *genuinely* glad that Jarod found Major Charles. But the fact he says, "Your family" makes us understand he's thinking about what Jarod told him after the whole Dr. Krieg affair, that he was still *his family*. And by the look in Jarod's eyes, the pretender is thinking the very same thing...

Jarod: I do have one question. Mr Parker: It’s your nickel. Jarod: Why? Why do you do it? Why the Centre? Mr Parker: Give and take. For a cause bigger than both of us. Oh hell, I don’t expect you to understand it, but in the end it does all add up. Jarod: You steal children. You create them. How does that add up? Mr Parker: Rape, incest, murder. Survival. Given enough incentive man is capable of almost anything. [3.22 - Donoterase: Part 2] Mr. Parker's answer is true quality TV. Such a great line...

Mr Parker: Well I gotta hand it to you. Capturing the king is inspired. Walking into the Centre to cut your deal. Real bold. Jarod: Not bold. Prudent. Necessity. Exhibition of resolve. You people only understand one thing, power. Mr Parker: Whatever it was it was brilliant. No wonder my people have such a hard time catching up to you. Of course, that’s why we want you back, ’cause you’re brilliant. Jarod: I’m not going back. Neither is he. [3.22 - Donoterase: Part 2]

Major Charles: I’d like to thank you Sydney. Sydney: What for? Major Charles: For raising my son. What he’s become is a reflection of you. What was he like as a child? Sydney: Someone a father would feel very proud to call his son. I’m sorry that you never had that chance Major. In fact, I can’t imagine anything worse that what you’ve had to endure. Major Charles: I can. Not ever finding him at all. Jarod: Sydney, are you there? Sydney: Yes, Jarod. Jarod: You’ll see a road a quarter of a mile up, turn right. My father will know where to go from there. Sydney: All right Jarod, I’ll follow his instructions. [3.22 - Donoterase: Part 2] Major Charles is such a nice character. He's a great man. He immediately understands the complicated relationship between his son and the psychiatrist, he doesn't even have to ask. He knows that Sydney is a father to Jarod, and he isn't even jealous. After so many years, he *thanks* Sydney for raising his son, that's being wise and merciful. I guess this is why in almost every tP fan fiction ever written Major Charles always ships by Miss Parker & Jarod getting together ;)

Parker: That waste of skin Raines is gonna get my father killed. Broots: Well, I don’t think Jarod would hurt your father, I don’t think. Parker: Jarod’s been searching for his father his entire life and he’s gonna do whatever it takes to get him back. I could see it in his eyes. Broots: Well, then what do you think we should do? Parker: Same thing, whatever it takes. Brigitte: Miss Parker. Jarod isn’t the only enemy this time. Parker: Don’t worry Brigitte, I wouldn’t forget about you. Brigitte: I know what you think of me but believe me, we both want the same thing this time. Mr Raines is planning to kill your father. Parker: Why should I believe you? Brigitte: Because if you don’t, somebody we both love very much is going to die. With or without you, I’m going. Let’s do this together. Please. [3.22 - Donoterase: Part 2] MP and J can *really* read in each other's eyes. That's lovely. But I'm sorry, Miss Parker, Broots knows him better, here. Jarod would never, EVER hurt someone so dear to you...
