Tonight I got to see the band who has helped me through everything. My favourite band in the entire world, Death Cab For Cutie. I can't explain the emotions I had tonight. I sang and danced and cried my little heart out. They were amazing.

"But you are an artists and your mind don't work the way you want it to" I painted a sunflower last night. I was in a bad mood and felt sick and did it to cheer myself up. I don't really like the way it turned out, it looks too flat and sad. But I guess sometimes your art really does represent the way you feel. And because it didn't turn out the way I wanted it to, I added lyrics from The Front Bottoms song "map".

The song that helped me through my "coming out" process all last year and half of this year. It's a sad song. It still makes me cry every time I hear it. But it did help.
