Okay, fine, we all know 1) that here Jensen is slapping Misha on the ass; 2) that he was probably unaware of the presence of the camera, and here we can conclude that he slapped Misha not to the delight of the audience, but of his own volition; 3) what I noticed is this: when Misha sees Jensen coming, he turns around and walks on, knowing that Jakles will catch up with him, BUT you just look at the way Jensen is already looking at Misha's ass. Misha immediately turns around and Jakeles, like a hunter, looks at the most appetizing part of his prey and THEN hits it already.

In terms of, yeah, I wouldn't mind admiring Misha's tight ass and maybe even stroking it, too, but Jensen... he's just addicted.

Cockles context for any newbies who haven’t run across it yet: it’s a longstanding joke that Justin Bieber is Jensen. (I am too tired for receipts but I know they are out there.) I think it started because “Justin” is the name Jensen uses on his drink orders so as not to confuse baristas, but I could be wrong about why. (Jared also feuded with Bieber fans but that’s a whole other story.)

In any case, the whole reason Misha is wearing this t-shirt is that that joke was alive and in full swing when they first started hardcore flirting on social media. So it’s ALSO Misha referencing a longstanding inside joke they have, in addition to more obvious stuff like, oh you know, tagging Jensen as the heart.
