I've seen this done with Yang and Blake from RWBY and Whisper and Silver from Sonic the Hedgehog, and allegedly, it stems from a Twitter meme, but I CANNOT find where it originates from. Anyone know the original?

There's something I noticed and don't understand. So, mainly, I watch anime dubbed, and I've noticed that with different shows, even those dubbed by the same studio, sometimes the opening sequence will have the credits in English, sometimes the opening sequence will still have the credits in Japanese, but still with English subtitles for the opening song, and sometimes the opening sequence will have the credits in Japanese, but with no subtitles or only Japanese subtitles for the opening song. Why is this? Are the people at the dubbing studios drunk or something?
You know, there's one weird thing I noticed: on Fanfiction.net, they don't allow stories based on the Archie comics to be published, and yet they allow stories about Riverdale. How is this possible?
OK, I just looked at a post I made when I was looking at the notes for it, and I noticed a little button marked "Blaze". What exactly does this do?
OK, I'm gonna be honest: as much as I like people faving and following the fanfics I write, I don't understand why people follow stories that are either: 1. Already finished, or 2. One-shots. Can somebody explain this to me?
Trying again because this is PISSING ME OFF.
So here's another Sonic fic I wrote. It's got action, crime, mystery, and just a bit of romance.
And the link thing fucked up, so now I have to do it the old-fashioned way

All right, Tumblr, I need your help in solving a mystery. The mystery is about what I call "ghost notes", and it has nothing to do with music. So basically, I've opened up some of my posts and noticed that the number of notes is less than what the little bar below the post says it has. For example, at the time of this writing, a recent post of mine says that it has five notes, but when I open it up to check them, there are fewer than that. What's up with this?
OK, I’ve been getting a bunch of RWBY stuff on my dash as of late and I don’t know why. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t hate the series; I’ve just never watched it and I’m mystified as to why it’s showing up en masse recently.
On an unrelated note, I got Tygers of Pan Tang’s debut album Wild Cat in the mail today, and it ROCKS. It’s everything NWOBHM should be: loud, fast, heavy and raw.
Oh, and speaking of Silver, here’s something I’ve been wondering ever since I first discovered him: WHY does he have eyeliner? I mean, not that that’s a bad thing. Truth be told, I think it makes him look extra-cute. Still, I do wonder about it.
