So, as I've been catching up on Tokyo Ghoul:re, I saw this one scene that really impacted me profoundly, and it gave me another idea for an ending to My Hero Academia. Keep in mind, I've only watched the MHA anime, so I don't know how things are playing out in the manga, but my idea was this:

After a vicious final battle, Deku and Shigaraki lay next to each other, bruised and bloodied, and after they exchange some words on what it means to be a hero, Deku cries and hugs Shigaraki. Confused by how he's supposed to feel, but also touched by the gesture, Shigaraki kills himself, and peace is restored to Japan.

I don't care if people think this is a stupid idea, or if circumstances in the manga would make this impossible; I'm just thinking creatively, you know?

On a non-death-related note, has anyone here watched anime long enough that certain characters' voices sound so similar? For example, I'm catching up on Tokyo Ghoul:re, and having watched many episodes of MHA, Touka - played by Brina Palencia - just sounds similar to Mineta at times.

Thus far, having watched four episodes of MHA Season 6, I'm at a point where things look to be taking a turn for the worse for our heroes. Even so, as a guy who has watched some dark anime such as Tokyo Ghoul and Attack On Titan, I'm still gonna go along for the ride, because no matter how bad things get, I'm still thoroughly convinced that Deku is gonna be all right in the end and become the world's greatest hero once the series is over. I mean, I've never read the manga, but whatever. Besides, I can always write more lighthearted MHA fics to comfort myself.

Not related to World Heroes' Mission, but continuing with MHA stuff, I find it weird that the guy who voices Neito Monoma in the English dub (Austin Tindle) is the same guy who voices Ken Kaneki in the English dub of Tokyo Ghoul.
