Oh, OK! Sorry!

To be honest, Ashido is my favorite girl from Class 1-A next to Tsu. As for her design, I think her pink design might have come from her mother. That's just my headcanon, anyways. On a different note, while most people ship Ashido with Kirishima, I prefer to ship her with Kacchan. I'm totally fine with the KiriMina ship, though.

So, here's a story of something that happened to me today: I am a member of my company's safety team, and every month, we have a safety meeting every first Wednesday at 2:30 PM. Usually, I bring some homemade fudge for everybody, but today, to celebrate the holidays, I brought in a chocolate cake from a local restaurant. For the cakes I get from this restaurant, I like decorating the boxes with my own artwork.

Anyways, I decorated the box with a drawing of Fem!Deku, Kacchan and Todoroki, plus the names of all of the members of Class 1-A. One of the safety supervisors took a look at the names on the box and thought that they were all in different languages.

Guess anime still has a ways to go before it's completely accepted by mainstream society.

FANFIC UPDATE 7-28-2023:

WOW! I actually have a NEW fic submitted! It's called Nitro and Acid (Fanfiction, AO3), and it's my first BakuMina multi-chapter fic. Just be warned, though, that the first chapter contains a mention of the word "rape", so if that triggers you, then please turn away from the fic. There's no rape anywhere else in the story. I promise.

Aside from that, I submitted the final chapters of Sonic's Weird Birthday and a new chapter for Gonna Kiss You On the Boulevard. Enjoy!

And here's my latest piece of art: Fem!Deku and Fem!Todoroki in cheerleader outfits apparently wanting a hot threesome with Kacchan. Hey, people have posted weirder stuff.

After drawing Fem!Deku as a cheerleader, it was only natural that I'd draw Fem!Kacchan as a cheerleader next. I don't know why she hates being a cheerleader so much. I mean, aren't people happy for cheerleaders?

Russia and Ukraine aside, here's another MHA headcanon: because of his hobby of mountain climbing, Kacchan has become something of an expert geologist. He can identify any rock or gemstone within seconds, and not only does he have an extensive rock and gemstone collection at home, but he wears a pendant of smoky quartz as a good luck charm. He's also become quite the environmentalist, though he thinks that people who commit eco-terrorism are losers.

It's been a while since I did an MHA headcanon about Kacchan, so here's another: on the occasions when he cries, he feels better after having a hot cup of tea while wrapped up in a warm blanket. It doesn't matter what variety of tea it is; the mere fact that he's having tea - combined with the coziness of the blanket - soothes his shattered nerves.

Here's another MHA headcanon: Despite his intense anger, Kacchan is actually very shy around women. He's especially shy around Ashido and Jiro.

If you've been following me long enough, you'll know that I did a piece of My Hero Academia fan art with a gender-bent Deku dressed up as Rouge the Bat. Well, now I've gone and done it again, only with Fem!Kacchan. Personally, her hands were hard to draw, but I'm content with how it turned out otherwise.

Now, let's cool off with a funny MHA headcanon: Kacchan has gotten banned from Wikipedia multiple times for creating articles with titles like "Deku Sucks" or "Deku Is Communism" in addition to vandalizing articles with insults about Deku.

In other MHA news, I was reading the Wikipedia article on Kacchan (yes, he has a Wikipedia article now!), and I learned that Clifford Chapin - his English voice actor - much prefers doing calmer, more emotional scenes with Kacchan because he tends to blow his voice out if he yells too much.

THOUGHTS AND OPINIONS: MINA ASHIDO

I don't usually share my thoughts on the My Hero Academia characters, but I've been thinking about Mina Ashido a lot lately, and I think she's quite possibly my favorite female character from that series. Not only do I think she's good-looking, but she has a wonderful personality, and her Quirk kicks some serious ass, too. I haven't heard much of her original Japanese voice, but Caitlin Glass - her dub actor - does a really good job. As for pairings, I primarily ship her with Kacchan, but I like the idea of her being with Todoroki, too.
