Law of Assumption

believing is seeing.

“There is no limit to the power of belief or to the possibilities of prayer, but you must be brazenly impudent and NOT take NO for an answer.” —Neville Goddard (Brazen Impudence, 1968).

Brazen Impudence literally means to make up your mind that you have what it is you desire. It doesn’t matter what logic and reason has to say. It doesn’t matter what the world says. Stick to your assumption. You are always assuming something anyway so why not assume you have what it is you want? And there is no limit to what you can assume or believe. You can believe anything that you want. And if you persist in that belief/assumption, it will come to pass in the physical world. This is law. It is written in scripture.

“For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith. Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.” — Mark 11 (Verse 23 & 24, KJV)

Hey just wondering if you have any tips on this manifesting situation.

I had this very special van and I sold it last year, then it was modified inside...

I wish I always kept it and kept it in perfect condition. I want it to just magically appear right outside and wake up with the keys in my hand.

And for it to be exactly how it was when I first got it (so some parts weren't broken)

I even want that the guy who bought it doesn't have it and he got something else instead >_< I don't like this I'm so sad!!!

What should I do and you think I can do this?

How would you feel if you had the van, in perfect condition, right now? Don’t overcomplicate it, just simply ask yourself, how would I feel if it were true that I had it now, at this moment. Focus on the feeling you’d have if you had it now. I can’t tell you what the feeling is as everyone’s feeling’s towards different things are different. You’ll know you’re in the feeling when you stop desiring it, when you feel like you no longer want it and you’ll instead, feel like you have it now. You don’t have to do this perfectly, whenever you catch yourself thinking/feeling the opposite of what you want, stop yourself. Don’t suppress your feelings, but instead discipline yourself to feel what you want as true. I’d strongly recommend reading “Feeling is The Secret” by Neville if you want more depth. It’s a pretty short book, but it is powerful. I’d also suggest listening to “Edward Art” on YouTube, he is THE best Neville interpreter and he breaks down things very well. Excluding Edward Art, I’d also suggest cutting out all other interpretations of Neville’s teachings and really just do what Neville says. “Health, wealth, beauty and genius are not created; they are only manifested by the arrangement of your mind – that is, by your concept of yourself [and your concept of yourself is all that you accept and consent to as true. What you consent to can only be discovered by an uncritical observation of your reactions to life. Your reactions reveal where you live psychologically; and where you live psychologically determines how you live here in the outer visible world].”

Power of Awareness Chapter 23, Neville Goddard success story (2):

“Only the most complete and intense use of the law of assumption could have produced such results in this extreme situation.

Four years ago, a friend of our family asked that I talk with his twenty-eight-year-old son, who was not expected to live.

He was suffering from a rare heart disease. This disease resulted in a disintegration of the organ.

Long and costly medical care had been of no avail.

Doctors held out no hope for recovery. For a long time, the son had been confined to his bed. His body had shrunk to almost a skeleton, and he could talk and breathe only with great difficulty. His wife and two small children were home when I called, and his wife was present throughout our discussion.

I started by telling him that there was only one solution to any problem, and that solution was a change of attitude. Since talking exhausted him, I asked him to nod in agreement if he understood clearly what I said. This he agreed to do.

I described the facts underlying the law of consciousness – in fact that consciousness was the only reality. I told him that the way to change any condition was to change his state of consciousness concerning it. As a specific aid in helping him to assume the feeling of already being well, I suggested that in imagination, he see the doctor's face expressing incredulous amazement in finding him recovered, contrary to all reason, from the last stages of an incurable disease, that he see him double checking in his examination and hear him saying over and over, "It's a miracle – it's a miracle".

He not only understood all this clearly, but he believed it implicitly. He promised that he would faithfully follow this procedure. His wife, who had been listening intently, assured me that she, too, would diligently use the law of assumption and her imagination in the same way as her husband. The following day I sailed for New York – all this taking place during a winter vacation in the tropics.

Several months later, I received a letter saying the son had made a miraculous recovery. On my next visit, I met him in person. He was in perfect health, actively engaged in business and thoroughly enjoying the many social activities of his friends and family.

He told me that from the day I left, he never had any doubt that "it" would work. He described how he had faithfully followed the suggestion I had made to him and day after day had lived completely in the assumption of already being well and strong.

Now, four years after his recovery, he is convinced that the only reason he is here today is due to his successful use of the law of assumption.”

“This is what I ask everyone to observe. Observe what you are actually doing on the inside, for that is what God sees; and what you are doing on the inside, you are doing in little tiny speech movements, and they are crystallizing in the manifested world round about you. So, “If to do were as easy as to know what were good to do,” — well, we all would be kings. We all would be everything we want to be in this world. But we find it more difficult to do it than to know what to do. So I could tell you from now until the ends of time, but only practice will do it — just practice.”

—Neville Goddard (Control Your Inner Conversations - Mind and Speech, 1971)

if you want proof of the law, PROVE IT TO YOURSELF. stop asking for people to show proof of their manifestation and prove it to yourself. all that time sitting behind a screen, debating on whether someones claimed manifestation is true or not, when you can instead be using that time to prove it to yourself. ijbol.
