Saskia’s would be when she first saw space for the first time. She was born on Earth and they loved back top space when she was about 4/5 so seeing space for the first time absolutely entranced her. It’s one of her dearest memories.
Mara-it’s probably one Christmas, where everyone got presents, had fun, played games and had good food. Just any kind of memory with her family is a treasure to her.
And Deidre probably doesn’t have any fond memories as a child as it was a rough childhood. One of the memories she holds close to her heart is when Anderson found her on the run and took her in.

I just saw a screenshot of one of your Shepards and it got me curious about her (and your others as well). So if you feel like talking about them, what initially drew your Shepard's to their love interests?

Saskia and Garrus
Saskia has always been fascinated with the alien races, their culture and especially their history. Always an advocated for shared learning experiences she was thrilled to have Garrus and co. on board.
But when getting to know him she kind of felt a kindred spirit in him-they both have relatively famous military parents and want to try and help people. That intrigued her, plus she does think he’s very handsome
Mara and Kaidan
Mara is very much a biotic like Kaidan and was quite pleasantly surprised to meet him on the Normandy so she made a point to be friends at least.
But then she discovers his humour, compassion, his soft and serious sides and she sort of fell for him there and then- especially that sweet moment when you first reach the Citadel and he compliments ShepardThat’s what really drew her in initially.
Deidre and Thane
Deidre has always been really quite shy when it comes to romance and romantic entanglements but Thane was always so gentle with her. Cerberus and Miranda her expect her to always beCommander Shepard, the saviour of the Citadel but Thane saw her as Deidre, the anxious woman from Earth. He understood and spoke her as a person not a hero.
