I might've added the BG3 Art Book to my dnd assets stash

It' 100% does not have things like the 5e players' handbook + 5e’s character sheet, several gm guides, critical role's explorer's guide to wildmount, baldur's gate and waterdeep city encounters, 101 potions and their effects, volo's guide to monsters, both of xanathar's guides, a bunch of other encounters, one shots, and class builds

In no way are there any pdf’s relating to any wizard who may or may not be residing on any coast

(Edit that I’ve moved the folder to the new link above! So if you catch a different version of this post that link won’t work anymore!)

D&D classes suck. Let's replace them with a different set of 12:

  • Ghost
  • Pokémon Trainer
  • Nerd
  • Asshole
  • Furry
  • Vampire
  • Lawyer
  • Pirate
  • Robot Builder
  • Clown
  • Fake Wizard (uses science instead)
  • Princess

There! I see absolutely nothing wrong with that list.

Fuck it, there's enough RPG information out there. I'm spreading RPG misinformation

Did you know D&D is actually a reprint of vampire the masquerade? The writers just changed the cover and used find and replace to change all instances of "vampire" into "halfling". There were no other changes.

D10 sights on the road?

Avatar
  1. A rocky formation towers on the horizon, its spires like that of a termite's nest. The mineral is pigmented in gray and black stripes, a testament to the years this land has seen.
  2. As you enter the ravine, you spot dozens of tracks criss-crossing through the mud - some horses, to be sure, but a fair share of birds and some you don't recognize.
  3. The sun sinks low, stretching the shadows of the forest ahead until they touch your feet. Their shapes almost look like smoke on the ground.
  4. A great flock of bats flies overhead at dusk.
  5. Flowers as large as your head drape over the pathway in bright pinks and reds. The ground is similarly carpeted.
  6. Fog rolls down the mountain toward you. At first you thought it was an avalanche, so thick were the white banks, but it lacked the accompanying sound. There is no way but through the fog.
  7. Scavengers circle around the carcass of a bear, just far enough off the road that your presence barely warrants a glance your way.
  8. The night sky is streaked with falling stars.
  9. The glare off the frozen lake is blinding. Snow covers the hills as far as you can see, untouched by the day's movements.
  10. A mammoth lumbers across the road up ahead. Its hide is shaggy and brown.

Can I haz a d10 list of common customs? Like taking off shoes when going inside or only eating with your right hand?

Avatar
  1. It is customary to bring a bouquet of seasonal herbs when someone moves into their new home.
  2. Two fingers placed at the right earlobe signals a wish for fair weather.
  3. Shedding one's jacket when going into the meeting hall originated as a way to prove one was unarmed. Now it is simply courteous to do so.
  4. At a wedding, the parents of the couple-to-be drink from a wine goblet before handing it to their children.
  5. In the town square, it is customary to walk in a counterclockwise direction around the center fountain so as not to interrupt the flow of traffic.
  6. A kiss on the forehead before a family member leaves for a journey is an old custom.
  7. A bow of no more than five seconds is expected when royalty is present.
  8. When dining with clergy, a single spoon per guest is used.
  9. Letting children to the front of the line at the well is expected.
  10. A sweep of the hand in front of oneself invites another into the home.

Honestly when they first approached me with this design, I was already excited. But I got more and more into it the more I worked on her. T^T I love her so so much!

There is an unbreakable mirror in the middle of a town square. So famous that the small town has grown into a city. The mirror answers any question the person who stands in front of it wants to know. The caveat though, is that it follows up with telling another truth. Unwanted this time.

Hello, people of Tumblr. I'm not sure how many people know about d&destiny, so I'm making a post about it. It's a reimagining of the 5e rules to work with the lore and mechanics of destiny. The PC's are all guardians with their own ghosts, and you aren't limited by the standard three Destiny races. Cabal, Eliksni, Krill, Psion, and Vex are all playable options. There are also some other fun things in the architect’s guide, like wishing on an Ahamkara or making a thorn. Also included is "Written In Light" a collection of stories from people who have played it. It's also completely free. So if you're interested, feel free to check it out.
