Correct me if I'm wrong, but Janet Jackson didn't even willingly show her nipple either; wasn't her costume ripped by Justin Timberlake? I'm saying this because her career was ruined by onstage assault/mishap by a man and yet here (as much as I'm a fan of Maroon 5) you have Adam prancing around freely not receiving any flack.
