something that i like about morrowind that i feel sort of fades as the series goes on is that it gives a lot of different dunmer cultures. they share broad characteristics, but the houses and different ashlanders are all distinct from each other despite their shared traits. i feel like by skyrim the races and provinces are pretty homogenous.
