Helen Mirren in RED is amazing, but she played a beautiful woman who used traditional beauty standards. This? Is a woman who is sexy because she gives no fucks about her appearance and SHE’S ALLOWED TO BE OLDER, MASCULINE, AND FIERCE. She isn’t a heroine, she’s a HER who happens to be a woman.
