AHHHH GOT MY NEW TABLET TODAY THIS THING IS GREAT

I took a break from catching up on Zbrush to make a cute little tiling background for my blogs! Since Growlithe is like, my #2 favorite Pokemon ever, I think about what it would be like if they were corgis really often.

I'd appreciate it if this stayed exclusive to me, because it kinda means something to me! I miss my puppy ;w;

Here, have some 1-5 minute animals drawins. Anyone who's taken one of Marshall Vandruff's animal drawing classes will recognize a couple of these pictures <3 

I'm trying to consciously to think about SHAPE like an animator. I really want to reach the level of someone like Ignacio, or someday even Nico Marlet's shape language. I seem to be hitting a brick wall where abstracting shape is concerned, but I believe I just haven't struck that metaphorical subterranean spring yet. Anybody got any tips? ;w;

Just a commission I did a while back that I thought looked really cool and I decided I should post it here! This guy really reminds me of Rat Fink.

Character is mosdef not mine! It belongs to Jonathan Wojcik, or Bogleech, of Mortasheen and Cracked.com fame! His creatures are really freaking cool, you guys. I suggest checking him out. He can also be found at Bogleech @ tumblr.

Whenever I'm angry at the world, there are three things that are just about guaranteed to set me straight: fish, birds, and Tora. So I doodled some babby Toras, because venting without a cute picture would make me sound like a whiny jerk.

He used to have wings some ages ago, but they always got in the way of his design. Maybe they'll reappear some day.
