Come back with a good story.

My friend,who has been playing Destiny since beta,told me the other day, with a straight face, that Hunters aren't based on bounty hunters...and he can't fathom why I don't take him seriously sometimes.

For the sake of this ask, I'm going to assume this isn't a "Ghaul situation",and more of a "What'd you do? situation".

First of all, I'd ask if you were ok,then what happened,before trying to see how bad the damage was. (If it was bad, I'd go try to put out fires and help people.)

Then I'd help you figure out a way to tell Ikora and Zavala without getting you into too much trouble. (Crow is used to explosions and more specifically Hunter caused explosions,so...we got that one covered.)

If you were afraid to talk to Ikora and Zavala immediately, I know of a few places around the system (and The Tower) we could hide out for a few hours while things calmed down. I'll also bring snacks.

Then I'd probably say something along the lines of "The next time you blow something up,try to have it be outside of the Tower...and have it be something cool like a Hive ship...and invite me."

Ghost could have done a better impression of Uldren than Crow to be honest.

You ever just...appreciate this game?

This picture really doesn't do the sky justice,but every time I'm out in the EDZ at night,I go to my favorite spot and just watch the stars.

Such a wonderful detail in this game that so many players take for granted.

I was adopted by a random fireteam in the Tower last night and this was a fun twenty five minutes. If on the off chance any of you are on Tumblr,just know I had a blast. Such a wholesome experience and it renewed my faith in people a little bit. ❤️

This is what happens when two Cayde's meet, by the way in case anyone was wondering. (I'm the gold boots.😘)

I was AFK,and when I came back,the two pumpkins were on either side of me,I didn't think anything of it,just Guardians being Guardians. Ran over to Eva,pumpkins followed me,one pumpkin started dancing by me and I wasn't about to fail the vibe check,so I started dancing. Twenty five minutes later and they had all added me,so I guess I passed with flying colors.

Also,first time an entire fireteam has added me at once. 😄

I only figured out they wanted me to look at my requests because they started flashing their ghosts at me, so I thought I missed something in chat then connected the dots and looked at my friend requests.😂🤣

Oh,and the other Cayde had the same exact Ghost,projection and they had Ace of Spades. Such good fashion sense. Love finding the real ones out in the wild.🤌

2.Can they take care of a plant? What about a pet? What about a child?

♠️Absolutely.

She keeps a few plants and has a cat and a pouka. She and Saint take turns looking after Colonel.

She could take care of a child if the need arose as well. She's extremely patient and she's good with kids and they tend to like her.

4.Do they look good in red?

❤️I think so.

15.What would they consider a waste of time– other than school or work?

❤️I'd say paperwork and reports,but I guess that'd fall under the "work" category. If it's not something where she can get a decent story out of it,good loot,or it feels like too much of a grind with no real reward,it's not worth it to her. *cough Crucible (it's fine,but not my favorite activity) and the Iron Lord medallions in Destiny 1 that depending on weekly rotation and personal schedule literally can take you months to finish and all you really get is a pat on the head and an achievement.cough* I'm so sorry. I don't know where that came from.Anyway what was I saying? To quote the great Cayde-6,

"Do it for the loot." (Even if the real loot is a good story. 😉)

3.Is their house/"home base" mobile, interim, or permanent? Do they invite people over?

❤️-She tends to fly bigger ships (Callisto Lancer,Archangel,Colonel's Lament) she has a bunk on all of those for when she has need of it,but she does have an apartment near the Tower. 

I've always liked to imagine it's in one of those windows near where Suraya is. A short walk to an amazing view of the Last City.

Being "The Guardian" keeps her pretty busy,but she does invite friends over on occasion... and certain Hunter Vanguards.

4.Would they rather be asked about their love life or their job?

♠️-She would 100% rather be asked about her job. If it's a mission,she knows the details inside and out and is willing to go over those details. Even if a mission went sideways,if someone else can learn from it,she'd rather talk about that. 

She hates feeling vulnerable and she's built fortified walls around her heart. If she lets someone truly in at all to see that vulnerability,it's rare.Cayde was an off limits subject for a long time after he died. It's gotten better since The Final Shape,but even then, it's usually only with people that truly knew him,and that's usually about him as a person, and not what they had.

12.What kind of hobbies do they have? -OR- how do they fill their downtime?

🎨-She paints,sketches and sings along to music. Sometimes she flies out to the Farm and stargazes when she needs to clear her head.She also enjoys watching movies when she has the time for it. Sometimes she'll fly out to the EDZ or Neomouna and just ride around on her skiffboard as well.

19.Are they close to their Ghost?

✨-Yes. Ghost is her closest friend. Her family. He knows her better than anyone else (probably even better than she knows herself at times, if we're being honest.) He's the only one that knows how to pull her out of her own head,and calls her out when she's being stubborn or closed off. (He tells her to let people in...a lot.She's trying.😄) She's fiercely loyal and protective of him,and he feels the same.
