I'm going to faint
Are you kidding me? Stupid Clarence Rhinobutt won? Riddenbach, yes, but believe me, I am planning to write a very strongly worded letter– “Lois Lane deserves to be celebrated.” Who would you even send that to? Just leave that to me and prepare to be celebrated. I know where we should get married. Babe, we can’t afford the Press Club’s Reception Hall. But we can afford your parents’ farm. Really? Yeah, just you and me and our closest friends and family in the place that raised the love of my life. My mom’s going to be so excited. — Superman and Lois 3x09 “The Dress”

Superman & Lois
Their friendship and chemisty is the core of that show. It feels real and it’s rare on TV land.
I made a baby blanket for a pregnant woman at work and I went back and forth about it like “is this weird? To like hand make something for someone when we’re like friendly acquaintances not like bffs. God why are you so fucking awkward.” Anyway I gave it to her and she said she loved it and in the back of my head I’m like yea she’s nice and probably just humoring the weirdo. Well she texted me a picture this weekend of a scrunchy faced newborn at the hospital wrapped in the blanket I made her. And I’m like. Wow. She loved it so much she took it with her! To the hospital! To give birth! She wrapped her newborn it! I am just so filled with love and joy right now.
People will love the things you make them. Because you thought of them and you cared.

Via @tvguide : According to #SupermanAndLois Showrunner Todd Helbeing, the Finale will explain where the show fits into the Arrowverse. John Diggle will appear & his appearance will be linked to the show’s next season villain and future storyline.
Imagine promoting Superman and LOIS show with that photo. Jesus Christ.
Yeah it’s really odd and disrespectful. Bitsie Tulloch has been arguably the most consistently strong performer on the show since the premiere and, last year, it really felt like she was appreciated by the show. I don’t know what changed this season but, in general, Lois has felt like such an afterthought to the writers this year and the Lois/Clark relationship has been basically non-existent the whole second half of the season. It’s confusing and baffling given Tyler and Bitsie’s chemistry is the best thing about the show so why you would ice it out like this is just weird AF.
It’s definitely disrespectful to Bitsie Tulloch to promote the finale like this in TV Guide. I truly don’t understand why they are doing this to her but it’s sad.
the absolute funniest part about the obi wan series is that while obi wan has been hanging out on tatooine annoying owen trying not to cry haggling w jawas and carving meat, half the empire has been searching for him bc he’s the most wanted bitch in the galaxy
Let's just flat out state the implication of Lana's outbursts to Lois - at the start of the episode Lana laments the fact that Clark 'clearly didn't love her enough' when they were kids to come back and tell her everything and Clark doesn't disagree with this, he just says sorry. That was the thing she was pissed about more than anything. We then see Lana thinking in the diner before she goes to the Kent farm to attack Lois for DARING to not tell her all her family secrets despite only really knowing each other for less than a year.
Let's be real - Lana is pissed that Clark, who she now knows is Superman, loves Lois far more than he ever did her, trusted her with his secret and married her. THAT'S what she's angry about and it shows that Lana, a woman in her 40s with 2 children, is jealous of what Lois has because SUPERMAN wants Lois and not her.
It's pretty pathetic and is likely urged on by her own husband's infidelity. But I hate that they've decided to write this female friendship like this when I liked it before.
I’m extremely tired of other female characters being unfairly mad at Lois and Lois having to bend over backwards to gain their forgiveness on Superman and Lois. It happened with Chrissy, it happened with Lucy to an extent (at least she was brainwashed) and now it happened with Todd Helbing’s favourite Lana. This reeks of misogyny towards a character who has historically been a go-getter, a career woman, not just the damsel in distress. I have seen how plenty of people in Superman fandoms don’t like Lois because she doesn’t fit their idea of a soft conventional woman, and this show clearly seems to try to punish her for it by bringing her down like this. Her name is in the title card, damn it, and they still can’t give her any respect. This on top of already erasing most of her arc this season and mostly putting her in scenes for exposition or for yelling at the boys.
Superman’s best trait is that he loves his wife.
Sorry, I realized that I phrased it wrong: Lois Lane’s husband’s best trait is that he loves his wife.
I think one of the most important parts about film and tv analysis is never forgetting that no matter the genre or setting, the story is probably being filtered through the perspective of a person who lives in California
