I'd love to hear from folks with DID if they think the Harrow in Marc's head is an introject alter or not. I can't quite make out what part of Marc's brain is this part in "Dr. Harrow's office", and maybe the writers are just taking creative liberties with what DID is actually like from an internal perspective... but still, it's all really intriguing to me.
