While in pursuit of a human trafficking ring, Mac and Jack find out the leaders are kidnapping high-risk adults and using a de-aging serum to “create” children to sell. When they end up in the hands of the ring, Mac ends up injected with the serum and is turned into a toddler.

Problem is, there’s no antidote. Mac is soon rescued, but is stuck in the body of a toddler while his team works to create an antidote for the serum. Mac is frustrated and bored at first, but soon finds himself succumbing to toddler emotions as old memories he thought he had buried come back to haunt him.

I would be very grateful if you could help find an amazing fic. it was on ao3 and was basically a sickfic where Mac gets sick after a mission but gets trapped at the Phoenix because… bad guy?? It's hazy. But they're on lockdown, he's bleeding internally, there's an OC who works at Phoenix Medical who breaks her code of conduct to do risky medical stuff. She nearly gets fired but doesn't. I think the title of the fic was HMA7? That's probably wrong tho. Thanks in advance! 😘
