Iyad Sohbe (@iyadsgaza) and Ruba Abushahan (@rubashsblog), who are long time friends and neighbours, have been displaced again! They stayed in Nuseirat, but the IOF had advanced in their area, so they had to flee and leave their personal belongings behind. Iyad's phone broke in the midst.

They are in Zawaida and they need to purchase basic necessities. It is also winter. It is freezing. Living in the tent does not keep families warm, especially when there is no heater available and no electricity to keep them running. Even if there is, power outrages would occur. There is also limited medicine and it is expensive.

So please donate and share! PayPal has announced on October 7th, that fundraising services has shut down! Those with an existing one have by January 12th, 2025, to complete the entire amount. We have less than 3 months to raise the goal of 60K so we need to raise $600 USD per day!

At the same time, Iyad and Ruba cannot afford to start all over. They have been raising funds with GFM, but the crowdfunding platform has terminated Iyad's fundraiser of 11K and Ruba has lost access to hers at 27K!
