Yes, there is actually a model for him in GECK. I'm not that knowledgeable with that program, so maybe it doesn't mean anything. Maybe it's just a placeholder because it's kind of... plain looking.
But I mean it's SOMETHING. The whole process of creating Fawkes as a character is a mystery to me. Taking into account the main plot in its earlier stages I don't clearly see how Shelton fits into that plot and how and when Fawkes was created. I have many guesses, but I'm not sure about any of them. If only we had Fawkes concept art...
