More dishonesty from Trump Cabinet picks. The Republicans who are responsible for railroading Trump’s unethical, corrupt, and unqualified cabinet picks should be held accountable. #Decision2018 #Decision2020
Switchboards accross the Nation are lit up with Americans calling their Senators to reject Betsy DeVos for Education Secretary during confirmation hearings for the Trump cabinet.
Senators and staff have been swamped with #NoDeVos phone calls, emails, messages and Tweets. Some phone services have been overloaded and shut down. Many have just quit answering their phones. They are simply stressed to the MAX!
No fear, if you are stressed you can cure all that ails you with the Betsy DeVos endorsed brain washing, mind altering, brain-healthy fish dishes from the neurocorecenters, sure to be introduced and forced upon your children in a school near you. Billionaire DeVos, conspiracy theorists, chicken little and theocrats swear by this stuff’s effectiveness and they claim a 90% improvement rate for kids with ADHD. They don’t produce nor do they have any documented proof or studies to back this claim up, but they don’t need it because they have faith. And they have faith you will send them $2000 for their program.
Tom Price Is SO OFFENDED That Elizabeth Warren Would Bring Up His Blatant Insider Trading
Published on Jan 20, 2017
In this Majority Report clip, we watch Rep. Tom Price (R-Mich.), Donald Trump’s nominee for secretary of Health and Human Services, look bored while Senator Warren questions him on a clearly problematic timeline of stock purchases and legislation introduction on his part. After a few minutes, he looks like he wants to literally jump up and punch her in the face.
Busted! Confirmation Hearings
Trump regret!
Remember when...*The banking institutions were charging outrageous interest rates and fees, *The credit card companies were pushing low initial interest rates and unrestricted and easy credit applications to get debtors and to transfer debt from one card to another and then the rates skyrocketed, and Americans were building up debt at alarming rates, *The economy was crashing and Mortgage companies were forclosing on people’s homes like crazy, *Retirees pension plans were being tapped into and then lost during the financial meltdown during the Bush days, *People’s retirement plans were being traded away during the Bush days, *People needed to tap into and and drain their savings just to live? Those were the “good old days”. Remember when during the Obama administration they had to bail out some financial markets but put stricter regulations into play and credit card companies had to work with debtors to try to get back on track, eliminating a lot of the debt at times? Remember when during the Obama administration mortgage holders had to work with homeowners and stop forclosing on their homes, and more consumer protections were put into play? Well, Donald Trump and the Republican Party want to Make America Great Again; they want to un-do anything Obama has done, including get rid of all those wasteful consumer protections and restrictive regulations. And because all the debt that will be created due to all of Trump and the GOP’s not-self sustaining spending plans, and the lack of revenue due to the tax cuts on the top 10% there won’t be any money for that debt. Trump’s new Transportation Secretary choice Elaine Chao discussed just that in her opening statement for her confirmation hearing, regarding the amount of debt that would be needed for infrastructure, highways, bridges. She mentioned something about the need for creative financing and people’s pension plan funds among other things. Be on the lookout! They want to return to the “good old days”.
During his buildup of the Nazi machine, prior to his invasions of neighboring countries, prior to an actual declaration of war (WWII), Adolph Hitler declared war on the news media the same as Trump. He also pushed out his own propaganda that contradicted the truth, the same as Trump. Trump has used many of Adolph Hitler’s methods of propaganda and mind control of the population and he makes comments of admiration to other megalomaniacs like Saddam Hussein and Putin, and he used a reworked slogan first coined by dictator Benito Mussolini (Make America Great) which was again used by Nixon and Reagan. Trump seems to have this neurosis for fake news and conspiracy theorist sites like Breitbart News, Alex Jones and his Info.wars, and he claims that the National Enquirer is a credible publication that should receive a Pulitzer Prize! How utterly rediculous! For crying out loud, he even put the king of neo-nazi white supremisist news, Steve Bannon (CEO of Breitbart) in the White House. Some of his cabinet picks seem to be subscribers of the conspiracy theorist nonsense too like his CIA chief pick and his National Security Advisor pick, and Rudy Giuliani who is about as nutty as a peanut along with his rogue members of the FBI cell in New York who were getting their “intel” from the ultra alt-right conservative sites and snake pit of the online media propaganda news sites like RT America (Russian controlled news site) and all the sting video creators and non-profit false front political activist groups. Then there’s FOX News cable channel who has the largest viewer list of all the networks, and who has some of the most dishonest anchors and spreaders of fake news and false news reporting. Even Julien Assange called out Sean Hannity on some of his made up BS during Hannity’s interview with him.
Alabama Sen. Jeff Sessions was asked Tuesday during his confirmation hearing if grabbing a woman by the genitals without her consent is sexual assault, whether millions of Americans voted fraudulently in November’s election, and whether banning all Muslims from entering the United States was good policy.
Those may seem absurd questions at a confirmation hearing for a U.S. Cabinet appointee. But Sessions’ boss is President-Elect Donald J. Trump, who said he could grab women by the vagina because he was a celebrity, falsely claimed that millions of Americans voted fraudulently and proposed banning Muslims from entering the country.
For the next two weeks, Trump’s nominees are likely to face the most withering questions based not on their own actions or positions, but on what the incoming president himself said during a raucous campaign and before - and whether they agree. On other occasions, they will be asked to espouse a position on an issue, like the minimum wage, where Trump has expressed various and conflicting views.
It is a unique challenge for Cabinet appointees, political observers and members of Congress say, because Trump has made so many comments that were controversial, outlandish or false, and he has often expressed policies that are imprecise or shifting. Several longtime consultants said they had no idea how to coach a nominee on responding to one of Trump’s comments under oath.
“We all knew this was coming,” said Rep. Chris Collins, a New York Republican on Trump’s transition committee.
