Trump and his regime’s top commrades Sean Spicer, Kellyanne Conway, and Reince Priebus spent the day playing the victim after CNN made a report regarding a 35 page dossier that has been floating around for months. The CNN report said that dossier and the information it contained which has not been proven to be true or false, was referred to in a two page adendum to a Presidential Daily Briefing that was given to both Trump and President Obama last week. Both Trump and Conway deny that Trump was given the information. False. If Trump would actually read his Presidential Daily Briefings (PDBs) and not rely on Flynn to regurgitate the info perhaps he would have seen it. CNN did state the information in the 35 page dossier has not been substantiated. Trump and Conway both accuse CNN @AC360 of posting the dossier. False. CNN’s Jim Sciutto specifically stated they did not post the dossier and the reason being the information could not be verified. Buzzfeed posted a link to the dossier but they also stated the information could not be verified. Trump and Conway call the reports #fakenews. False. CNN and Buzzfeed were merely reporting that the info was out there and that the information was damning to Trump. Trump and Conway’s allegations are false statements. Trump accused the Intelligence Community of leaking the document to the press. False. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper called Donald Trump to discuss the situation and stated he does not believe the IC leaked the dossier to the press. In fact, the dossier was not classified, and it was not produced by the US Intelligence Community; it has been floating around for quite some time. The two page summary that was given to Trump and Obama discussing the information in the dossier would have been classified because it was an adendum to their Presidenial Daily Briefing. Wednesday morning Trump took to Twitter accusing the Intelligence agencies of leaking the document, “ Intelligence agencies should never have allowed this fake news to "leak" into the public. One last shot at me.Are we living in Nazi Germany?” which horrified Jewish groups. Trump’s ongoing attacks on the press which included turning Trump supporters against the press is the exact same thing Adolph Hitler did in Nazi Germany during his takeover of the country. Not surprising the Trump campaign would try to turn the tables and make #FakeNews accusations against CNN and other media sources. The entire Trump campaign strategy was to embrace and use fake news and false reporting to attack other GOP candidates, Bernie Sanders, Hillary Clinton, and then expanded by RNC and GOP to attack DFL Governor and Congressional candidates. Trump took ownership of the #Birtherism movement against Obama, the start of the Trump fake news legacy. Then Trump is adopted by hedge fund billionaire Robert Mercer and his Ted Cruz Republican Super Pac, and part of that deal was Kellyanne Conway and David Bossie who took her place for a short stint. Throw in the king of fake news, Breitbart CEO Steve Bannon and you have the 3 #FakeNews stooges heading the new Trump strategy team. David Bossie is a political conspirist and leader of Citizens United, and he has made a career of manufacturing bogus information aimed at bringing down the Clintons.
Mercer, who pumped millions into the Trump campaign, along with groups backed by the Koch brothers, is also principal funder of the alt-right conservative conspiracy anti-gay, anti-Muslim, and racist hate promoting news site Breitbart.com. The CEO of Breitbart, Stephen Bannon was named CEO of the Trump Campaign replacing Paul Manfort and he is now Trump’s Chief Strategist. Mercer also funds the Government Accountability Institute (GAI) which is an ultra alt-right conservative "non-profit" organization whose President is Peter Schweizer, author of the discredited Clinton Cash book of lies and movie, and also run by Stephen Bannon. The Trump regime is no enemy of #fakenews, they embrace and use it. It can be credited in part, a large part, to his unpopular vote win.
