A false claim that Black Lives Matter activists blocked Hurricane Harvey relief efforts has gone viral on several large conservative Facebook pages. The stories use a false headline and photo to trick readers into clicking through to a story that has nothing to do with Black Lives Matter.

The two false articles, from Mr. Conservative and Conservative Post, have identical headlines and use an image taken in 2015 in Boston as their thumbnail.

People who click through are presented with an article that reports on a real protest from members of the Texas Young Democrats. They held signs and protested President Trump when he arrived in Austin, Texas to show support for those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

As of this writing, the stories had racked up more than 120,000 shares, reactions, and comments on Facebook after being shared by more than 10 pages that collectively have more than 12 million fans.

At some point after a tweet from a BuzzFeed News reporter about the fake story went viral, Mr. Conservative website removed all of its content. But that didn’t stop Conservative Post form publishing a copycat article the same day.

Meanwhile, the reality is that Black Lives Matter Houston has been active in relief efforts by collecting food for shelters, gathering school supplies for kids who start classes soon, and bringing food and supplies to families and individuals.

The type of stuff you would see at Breitbart, FOX News cable. The guy with the vette is a hard core Trump lover with his Trump luv dolls heading to the sheep ranch for a Trump luvin with his brousins.

A Giuliani is finally joining the Trump administration.

President Donald Trump has brought on Andrew Giuliani, the son of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, to work in the Office of Public Liaison and Intergovernmental Affairs, two sources familiar with the hire told POLITICO.

In his new post, Andrew Giuliani, who once dreamed of becoming a professional golfer, helped organize the Patriots’ upcoming visit to the White House after their come-from-behind Super Bowl victory, and also assisted First Lady Melania Trump’s staff during Trump’s speech before a joint session of Congress last week. The younger Giuliani has known the Trump family for years.

A White House spokeswoman did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The White House Correspondents’ Dinner is a long-standing tradition and symbol of comity between the president and the press. It’s also for CHARITY and Trump is skipping out this year. The last president who didn’t attend was Reagan 36 years ago. His reason: he was recovering from an assassination attempt. Trump’s reason? He’s afraid of the press.

I’m curious to hear his formal excuse. Whatever it is, I bet he’ll sneak away to Mar-a-lago for another weekend of golf. It seems so nice to have the luxury of escaping reality.

Of course Trump will not be attending The White House Correspondent’s Dinner. He would rather collude with #altright Breitbart and other #FakeNews conspiracy theory media and RT Moscow run media.

#Murica doesn’t do history. Now that the generation that faced WWII has mostly died off and there’s nobody alive to tell the tale of their years through it, we have to rely on documented history to get lessons to learn from. Between treating it like a necessary evil in school and not implementing critical thinking skills, the generations that followed have no clue of the horrors of those days, how and why they happened, and how it’s playing out in our own nation right here, right now. We were warned, and we did not listen. Those who had did what they could and said what they could, but it clearly wasn’t enough.

When the horrors of fascism are forgotten and merely relegated to the seldom picked up history books it is not hard to see how people are blind to the rise of fascism under the Trump regime. Is Donald Trump a full blown fascist? Probably not, he would not be an Alpha-Fascist but more of a Beta-Fascist, with many fascist traits and ideology. What is alarming is who he is associated with, Bannon, Miller, Giuliani with his rogue FBI contacts, the white supremacist and neo-nazi fringe right factions, and his billionaire backers and their associated political activists and propaganda machine which included FOX News cable, Breitbart News, Alex Jones, and of course the radical right wing theocrats and those in their fold, many of whom are comparable to the radical jihadists. Trump had 1 reserved seat for his “press conference” campaign rally, right in front of the table loaded with a pile of fake corporate paper folders prop. That seat was for a reporter from the ultra alt-right, neo-Nazi, white supremist fake news reporting site Brightbutt News. Trump in a Nazi like manner has been condemning and demonizing the news media just like Hitler and Nixon did.

They didn’t “sit on it” they announced it in August. Republicans can’t be convinced to like Hillary Clinton even if u water bored them.

I’m just amazed that anyone voted for her. She’s anti black, woman, immigrant, and sovereignty.

Hillary voted for immigration reform as Senator of New York. Bernie didn’t because he’s an NRA whore from Vermont. Gotta play politics to win, right? Hillary went undercover in South Carolina working for the Children’s Defense Fund, investigating African American children in adult jails. If you don’t know her work on behalf of women, you are a lost cause.

Her superpredator speech never happened, amirite? She definitely didn’t call a 12yo black girl a sexual predator to try and get her pro bono client off on a rape charge. There’s no way she vocalized a plan to bring 620k economic migrants from Syria, effectively halting legal immigration into the USA and crippling our social welfare programs.

The truth is that she’s subhuman filth and should’ve been imprisoned over her thousands of violations of national security which resulted in the deaths of CIA agents and assets in Iran and North Korea, not campaigning for president of the nation she’s been trying to destroy for the past 40 years.

What I find hilarious about the whole thing is that she was healthy and fit enough to run the country but now that she’s facing the very real threat of a lengthy and well deserved prison sentence she’s too sick to even face a hearing.

Hillary apologized for her comment (Bernie never apologized for his NRA support or vote for the ‘94 crime bill). Hillary supported her husband while First Lady. But we shouldn’t discount her work on behalf of African American children in adult jails while working for the Children’s Defense Fund.

As for Hillary’s rape case:

1) In the United Sates, everyone –no matter how abhorrent their crime– is entitled to a lawyer. 2) When Hillary asked to be removed from this case, she wasn’t. She then fulfilled her oath and obligation as a public defender to defend her client to the best of her ability. 3) The American justice system is built on the belief that it is the prosecutions responsibility to prove guilt – INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. Therefore, the prosecution team ruined this woman’s life, *NOT* Hillary. The blame is misplaced and is being used as character assassination against Hillary Clinton. Please stop exploiting this victim for political gain. 4) Clinton was laughing that her faith in polygraphs was forever destroyed after this case. Where exactly is she laughing at the victim!?!?!?!? Enough already. Hillary is a class-act. Trying to achieve results in a less than perfect system. Bernie yells. That’s it. Get over it and move on.

Her comments caused lasting damage, an apology doesn’t quite fix it.

Most people have an ethical limit to how far they’re willing to go to defend their client. Mine is just before calling a 12 year old girl a sexual predator, claiming that her promiscuity was an indication she wanted to be violently raped by a 40yo man. The best of their ability, to most lawyers, would’ve been to plea it out and try for a reduced sentence under protective custody because child rapists don’t do well in gen pop. I never said she was laughing, you’re copying a form reply meaning I’m not the only one who has this opinion of her. She also fought against making marital rape illegal, silenced the women her husband raped, and supported DOMA.

Bernie, like Killary, is an idiot. Neither of them deserve the presidency but she deserves to die in a cold cell. She’s changed her core beliefs so many times through her career that she probably doesn’t know what she stands for anymore.

There are people who were sent to prison at 18 years old because of security clearance violations. People with high school diplomas who were expected to understand national security classifications but breached them to warn of attacks and save lives.

She was Secretary of State and has 40+ years of government service, including as the first lady for 8 years, and through her massive incompetence or willful negligence has cost the lives of Americans and allied agents including the execution by rape and torture of a seated US Ambassador six months after he requested to close down the embassy or get more Marines to secure it based on actionable intelligence indicating an imminent attack, three months after every other Western embassy had packed it in.

That alone is enough to put most people in prison. Director Comey flat out stated that if it were anyone else they’d be in prison at the time of the hearing.

Hillary made her comments *AFTER* the crime bill had already passed. WTF? Hillary did her job as a public defender. That’s the American way. Accept it and move on. None of the allegations against the women are anything more than rumors and innuendo. Hillary worked on HIV/AIDS medicine as First Lady, adding LGBTQ to hate crime laws as New York Senator, and passed the first-ever gay rights U.N. Resolution as Secretary of State. Hillary kept us much safer as Secretary of State than the Bush Administration did (9/11/2001). Hillary even got Bin Laden. Comey determined that pressing charges was unwarranted.

The term “Super Predator” was not a term to describe Black Americans despite all the misinformation to the contrary. It was a term describing rampant juvenile criminals, drugs, gangs and thugs, not race specific. That phrase was coined in 1994 by John J. DiIulio Jr. who later became a Bush aide, not by Hillary Clinton, and it was used pretty loosely in the media of that era. Her use of the phrase when campaigning for Bill Clinton’s second term was in relation to the same juvenile criminals, gangs and thugs, and again, not directed at Black Americans specifically. That was a lie no doubt initiated by hedge fund billionaire and Republican activist, Robert Mercer and his Republican Super Pac to support the Ted Cruz presidential campaign which was run by KellyAnne Conway, current Trump Campaign Manager, and Ted Cruz and picked up by Republicans during the 2015-2016 presidential race and pushed by the likes of Donald Trump, Pence, Rudy Giuliani, Black Lives Matter member Ashley Williams, and then spread by trashy alt-right sites like Breitbart, conservative radio hosts and websites, Sean Hannity and FOX News cable and pundits. Bob Dole and other Republicans also used the phrase "super predators" during their presidential runs in 1996. Regarding Kathy Shelton and the rape case when she was 12, you are misinformed on that as well. Her “stories” have been inconsitent from the start, such as her claim that she was forced to take a polygraph test and a psychiatric evaluation, denied by the court. Supposedly the 41 year old guy who “allegedly” raped her, Tom Taylor, was a friend of Shelton’s family, not disclosed by her in anything I have seen including her GoFundMe page where her story has changed 3 times. She also has referred to the 15 year old kid as one of the “men who attacked me” and she doesn’t disclose that she had sex with him in Taylor’s truck and after he got out that is when Taylor took over. She also said she was out riding her bicycle, to church no less, when they jumped out and grabbed her, instead of joy riding with them and drinking whiskey cokes, spent some time at the bowling alley, and more. She also doesn’t mention there was a third guy, a 20 year old, supposedly a cousin to Taylor, which is confirmed by court documents, previously thought to have been lost. She also says in her GoFundMe page that she lost conciousness in the hospital and woke up 5 days later, not corroborated anywhere else. In the audio recording of Hillary Clinton describing the case some years later, her "laughter" was at the fact that Taylor passed a lie detector test and Hillary knew he was guilty. She said that "it forever destroyed my faith in polygraphs" [laughter]. That is not the same narrative that the Republicans, Trump, and shills have stated, or what Shelton has been told. Taylor may have been charged yet with rape instead of a lower plea bargain charge of fondling of a minor if Shelton’s defense team had not lost the evidence, a cut-out part of Taylor’s underwear that would have had the blood and semen on it. As far as the rest of it, you are simply repeating all the same misinformation that Trump is repeating, much of it lies and talking points he is taking from his primary opponents, and false information from the Republican Senate, and House, Benghazi and Clinton Emails committees that they continue to spread despite being debunked, Brightbutt News, FOX News and pundits, and the rest of the fake news and tabloid class conservative conspiracy theorist’s publications. Most of it is outright b.s., and the rest is distortions of facts. You  appear to be an intelligent person, just a little misinformed. Don’t let them make a fool of you, please do research and get the facts and drop the myths.
