tbh I was expecting the end of “Merrick” to lead on into a Vampires VS Talamasca Arc and was disappointed when it didn’t
liiiike, the characters have been established, can we pls just have some good, ol’ fashioned action w/o anyone suffering an existential crisis???
What if the Talamasca had possessed superior mortal technology that the vampires weren’t aware of, for their own safety?? I mean, Armand couldn’t use a phone or blender for God’s sake, what would they know about some mind-gift blocking headset, or a gun imbued with chemicals that could severely harm a vampire???
I guess that’s still the Sci-fi none of us asked for, but I just really wanna read trash about the bbs speeding off in some beat up van driven by Daniel, following strategic plans formed by our lovely ex-Coven Master…battlefield drama…ransom/hostage situations and the like…
