Saturn women aren’t here to play - they are to slay by winning at their own game

Uranus women are lucky dips of cosmic chips in experimental forms you’ve never seen before

Neptune women are portals to tempt you with all that your imagination has to offer - seductive reunions with the Absolute

Pluto women are at the edge of the galaxy - with psychic vision so cutting there are no sights unseen

I’m going to give a few examples of how we could go about finding the dominant influence or influences in a birth chart in case there is any confusion. Usually one or two planetary forces make a bigger statement than the others and demand our attention. It’s common to feel a certain inexplicable affinity with this planet

In this chart we could consider Jupiter as the primary planet of influence. It makes it’s energy felt across almost all of the chart. For starters, the Sun and the Moon are the most important planets or luminaries to consider. In this chart the Sun in Aquarius is in Jupiter’s house. The Moon in Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter. Jupiter itself is accelerated by it’s own sign Sagittarius. The Moon is conjunct Neptune in Sagittarius so Jupiter covers the 8th house. Jupiter along with Uranus in Sagittarius cover the 7th house make a square aspect to Venus conjunct Mars in Pisces in the 10th house, also directed through Jupiter energy as the natural ruler of Pisces. Mars and Venus in the 10th are the most elevated planets in the horoscope and indicate potent elevated energy, both of these are directed through a Jupiter rulership. The condition of the most elevated planet is important.

In this chart we have a noticeable Saturn influence. Saturn is sitting very elevated in it’s own 10th house. It makes a square to Uranus in Aquarius in the 8th house, Saturn being the natural ruler of Aquarius and the ruling and covering the 8th house. Uranus conjuncts Moon in Aquarius, another Saturn planet and the Moon also conjuncts Neptune in Aquarius with Capricorn on the descendant the 7th house is covered by Saturn. This Saturn triad makes a sextile to Pluto and an opposition to Mercury, the Sun in Virgo which makes a mutual reception with Mercury in Leo, and Venus hitting powerful and influential planetary energies. Saturn also makes a square aspect to Mercury in Leo and an opposition to Mars in Scorpio. The energy of Saturn is also felt in Jupiter which receives a square aspect from Moon and Neptune in Aquarius. Saturn is the conductive energy in the grand cross. Saturn instructs powerful desires (Pluto) thought (Mercury) relationships (Venus) and self essence (Sun) lustre (Mars) emotions (Moon) visions (Neptune) inventiveness (Uranus) and faith (Jupiter).

In this chart we could consider Venus and Moon the primary influence. It is the chart ruler as it resides over the Taurus ascendant and rules over the 4th house with Venus and Jupiter in Leo. The Sun, Mars, and Mercury are placed in the second house belonging to Venus. Venus makes a trine to Uranus in Aries. Its energies are potent in this chart. The Moon is also significant and cannot be discounted. It is  the ruler of the Sun and expresses through Venus, Jupiter, and its own Moon in the 4th house, the Moon distinguishes itself in the 4th. The Moon makes prominent aspects. There is an almost exact opposition to the planet of elevated Neptune in Pisces in its own sign, a trine to Pluto in Capricorn which concretes lunar energy, and a square to Mercury in its own sign of Gemini which integrates the mind.

I tried to simplify it a lot and you could go into more detail and definitely extract more out but as a general overview if you kept following this sort of pattern it can give some clues into what the prominent influencers are. I hope this helped

Dominant Planets ~

I want to clear up some confusion I see circulating on ‘dominant planets’. If you are interested, although it is not imperative, in calculating which planets express most generously in the birth chart it takes more than counting the signs and applying basic maths.

Some astrologers believe that the dominant planet is the chart ruler. So the ruler of the ascending sign in its planet and house position will suggest the dominant planet. For example of you have Cancer rising you will look to the Moon and it’s placement. If it is in Virgo in the 4th house, then the individual’s ‘chart ruler’ will be Moon in Virgo in the 4th house.

Other astrologers believe one or two forces will strongly influence a chart and its focus cannot be denied. All things will be considered to calculate the dominant, such as it’s position on the natal wheel, the sign it is placed, if the energies accelerate or find themselves in detriment, elevated planets will be emphasized, the amount of aspects made (especially to the Sun, Moon, and angular houses) mutual receptions, its house position, and the chart type. Unfortunately it is not a matter of simply counting how much ‘Virgo’ or ‘Sagittarius’ seems to be prevalent on a birth chart.

But along with this sort of basic compartmentalized view of astrology, the dominant may or may not always be so important. Human beings find a way to label one another everywhere we go, and astrology is so important because when it is used correctly it encapsulates the whole spirit, the music of all the planets playing a one in a million melody, the whole cosmic dance. You are not a ‘Saturn dominant’ or a ‘Venus dominant’, you, are you, a soul expressing as it’s own unique starry masterpiece.
