Zodiacal Aphrodisiacal Houses - 5th & 8th House written by #astrolocherry
‘Kinks’ or sexual pleasure enhancers are more of a 5th house than an 8th house thing,
in the 5th house the sexual role-player comes out to perform,
because in the 8th house we are not responding to or with physical consciousness, and we are more leading to this being about the end orgasmic mini-death experience, and that i understand ‘kinks’ to be arousing, and ‘fetishes’ to be a necessity, that’s probably a different and deeper more unconscious 8th house thing. Here we are beyond the state of interacting with any external activity except for exactly what’s happening, it’s that all-encompassing surrendering of trust, vulnerability, the inflammation of raw connective tissue emotion. It demands, it can regenerate, it can destroy, it’s more about the effect that you create in someone, and the effects they produce in you.
The 5th house is the Burlesque House of sex, it’s about the courtship, the chase, the red blooded temptation, fulfilling archetypal self-satisfying desires. It can be casual and fun, in the house of Leo you can be any character you want, and planets and the ruler of the 5th house can really influence the ‘stage production’ of visual and physical arousal. Any chart condition can potentially produce the opposite effect, but people with a 5th house presence tend to grow comfortably into their sexuality and liberated confidence, like a sexual storytelling Mercury in the 5th, a casual Uranus in the 5th experimenter, a dominatrix/submissive Mars in the 5th, a paternal figure dominant Saturn in the 5th dynamic, dress-up Venus in the 5th, i better stop before i get too hot - C
Birthday Jupiter in the 1st House - Her Priestess Calls
written by astrolocherry
The auric field with Jupiter in the 1st diffuses a golden glow like the pot at the end of the rainbow. Though by the time you finally arrive, the flicker has become a fire, and the Priestess will defend everything she has become, experienced, and ‘Who I Am’ until the very end. The energetic force and call of life moves rapidly through Jupiter in the 1st, often making the early years and conditions difficult to manage until she develops a way to flow sublimely with the speed of the stream. She is subject to seek out the answers to great philosophical speculations and get to know very personally the Gods before she believes in them.
The girl born with Jupiter in the 1st is fighting for her own crown during an accelerated life timeline. The path of is a pilgrimage toward the authentic self, the Priestess guarding the flame of her highest destiny. Completion necessitates the formation and perception of an identity that is beyond one’s lineage, family, cultural, and social conditioning, the crowning glory of her own name in astrologic space and historic time. She is often willing to experiment with multiple teachings, beliefs, and teachers because takes what she needs for expansion from each and leaves the rest for the next. Though her search and mysticism can mystify the further outward than inward she goes. In the midst and myriads of the Gurus and the Genies, the question is never answered completely. Her path is directed by inclinations and lit by serendipities, she is following a sensory-state that aligns with her personal visions and inspiration, an atlas inside that leads her to treasure outside.
The early years can be difficult in the sense of lacking the inner resources and self-understanding to truly understand the pastoral power in her hands. It can produce a compulsion for chaos, cynicism or antagonism toward parents and authority - specifically masculine figures, overconsumption, and overcompensation in the areas of proving herself to peers. Education is an important feature of life. However, it is often the case that the formative learning years were not compatible with her style of learning and educating via experience. It was mostly too slow, too stifled, under stimulating, and underwhelming. Negative interactions and responses from teachers may have extenuated her dissatisfaction with the whole thing.

Neptune Girls of our Dreams
Neptune in the 1st house
astrolocherry, People can be rightly or wrongly left feeling that she hiding something, has ulterior motives, or knows more than what is being said; She is one who brings you closer to remembering a world you knew before this one, if only you could bottle her up and drink every last drop, but eyes that can see everything have seen many things, and there’s a reason why she’s learned how to turn that inner ocean hard as concrete in some places that people have fallen into her
Neptune in the 2nd house astrolocherry, Her physical body is a psychic matrix and somatic sixth sense of its own, she will feel your goodness melting into her, and should you bring danger her body will sound the alarm, delicate and decadent, it’s a body fit for a Priestess made to be worshipped, so divinely designed it can take half of life to grow into, in the beginning the symphonies can be so much it’s pure static and it all feels distanced, neglected, and alien, it’s such a cause for celebration when she finally comes into herself because she is coming home
Neptune in the 3rd house
astrolocherry, The third house is the way we interact with the environment and nothing is what it appears here, she falls asleep reading a book and wakes up in a different life plot, the characters from her favourite stories and childhood dreams narrate her thoughts and contour her world to mirror the scenes, and maybe this is why she seems so sedate to respond or hard to reach, like she is climbing out from a rabbit hole in order to properly hear you
Neptune in the 4th house
astrolocherry, She is porcelain and fractured in parts that nobody can see, a lost little girl wandering through a strange and watery world, barefoot and quiet, she turns home into an oasis and private sanctum where demons are sure to demand to enter, so she can be routinely followed by strange hauntings, and sometimes it’s just another reminder that she is unwelcome everywhere, if you look closely into her eyes you can see the inner child, abandoned by someone in some way, staring from a past that’s frozen in many parts
Neptune in the 5th house
She is the canvas of a masterpiece and madness, a cast member of the mystic circus floating and contorting in every direction but the present, her favourite game is playing hide-and-go seek with the world and performing secret scripts in other realms closer to her fantasies, everyday life can be an animate role play of different characters from vault of collective dream, and if you are blessed enough to be invited backstage she can re-play every role of your sexual fantasy
Neptune in the 6th house
She’s often wearing those glasses that make her eyes look even glassier and further into outer space, an optical illusion you can’t tear your gaze away from if only she would stay still, it seems she never quite finds her bearings, like she is balancing on sea legs or a mermaid out of water girl, a schedule of losing and recovering her magic marbles, a vague and unending sense that she is forgetting or running late for a very important date
Neptune in the 7th house
She plays every note of her love for you through a pan flute she blows kisses into, she’s a figure of your ultimate redemption waiting at the end of your own road, there’s no turning back once you know you know that everything you’ve ever wanted is only a forbidden fantasy away ...but it could never be that easy, because it seems like her milky mist only becomes thicker the closer she gets it’s like trying to remember a dream slowly slipping away with the morning
Neptune in the 8th house
She is something dark and dainty and impossible to describe, a projection of forbidden visceral desires, like a sweet dream in the middle of a nightmare you don’t want to wake from, one who is unapologetic in the tools that she utilises to survive, a psychic reservoir for loved ones who unknowingly leave their shadows and entities behind with her to manage, sometimes she transforms and delivers redemption, and sometimes she grows fond of their company, demons are this ghoul’s secret friend
Neptune in the 9th house
She is Lady Wanderlust with enough lust to wander that she could overdose, heiress of a deck of lucky cards under a strange charm that seemed to reverse her fortune in mysterious ways, like being granted a wish but paying later for it dearly, or winning a draw she forgot she entered, dreaming a lotto sequence, or having the game glitch her jackpot, and it’s these oddities of events that remind her in the end that playing the game of the universe means outwitting the trickster
Neptune in the 10th house
She’s almost impossible to grasp as being human without shattering everything that makes sense, a starry illusion flickering at a distance forcing your mind to fill the rest of her in with your wildest fantasies and wickedest horror stories, the girl of your dreams and the Priestess waiting by the line of the sky and the sea, serene, healing, charmed, and secluded, and also unstable, disoriented, and damaged from the storm that has been her life, trying to rescue people who were drowning and becoming pulled underneath instead
Neptune in the 11th
She has an enigmatic, wise, and cosmic vibration that gives her a cool and cleansing glow, like freshly waking from a sweet dream and for a short moment she seems to appear as one of us, with her feet on earth, though we are all quickly reminded that she is pure otherworldly, forever drifting off into a side-dimension where she is free to live out her wildest fantasies, this world was never ready for her version of how it should be
Neptune in the 12th house
She evokes a projection of universal mysteries, a siren singing from oblivion, a forbidden courting of devouring romance, the world becomes immensely weary, and she routinely envelopes into a dark and dewy solitude nobody else knows the way to, though this exile can seem fated, as if she can only vaguely assimilate into a place so cold and distance, frequent exhaustion sweeps the mermaid swimming upstream in the sea where reality meets dream, her magic spells too easily become deep spells of lethargy

a house with no planets -
The houses are the themes and scenes of life where we demonstrate the qualities of the sign and planet. A house with no planets is still active with the energy of the sign on the house cusp. In the chart above Pluto is in the 6th house, but there are no planets in the 5th or 7th house. We can gain insight on these ‘empty’ houses by looking to the sign on the house cusp. On the cusp of this 5th chart is Libra. The ruler of Libra is Venus, so we can take some qualities of Venus in the 5th to understand how this person may parent or romance. It’s just less of a priority in life than the houses with planets, but there is no denial of these things, just like the 6th house represents our working life and health, but someone without a planet positioned there does not get the pleasure of avoiding work or illness for their whole lives. We also get the experience of the ‘empty’ house with our transiting planets, mostly from Jupiter on I hope that helped - Cherry

Craft, Career, Calling - Earth Houses 2nd, 6th, 10th house/midheaven
the 2nd house is your personal form of wealth and currency. it’s a bank of gifts from aphrodite, and we refine these resources and talents to nourish the world while nourishing ourselves this is an artist who knows his true price. he cannot create nor offer anything if he is tired, disillusioned, and starving
the 6th house is the work you do to bring your mind and body into alignment with your world. there is no prize or pay that can satisfy our 6th house, its values are sourced from a place of deep humbleness and compassion within us, the soulful and saintly archetype of virgo who is self-disciplined in divine order, and only complete in the act of offering
we practice and perfect in the 2nd and 6th house, we exercise patience and build our character in the 10th
we may think that we know a celebrity, politician, or public figure, but we only know what we are shown, just a tiny glimpse captured by a lens or a media conference subject to our own ideals and biases. this is how we all experience the 10th house - notorious or not, it’s what the world comes to ‘know’ you for and call you by. it’s why the 10th house or the midheaven associates with a public scandal or fall from grace, it’s often triggered by unmet expectation and failing to emulate distant ideals, it’s disappointing people because you were not the person they decided you were.
the 10th house is the wider social reputation we pride ourselves on. pluto, on the other hand is the reputation we leave behind.

Sun in the 4th House - Queen Aquamarine of the Sea
Come home Princess, your ancestors are waiting, and they have waited your whole life, protecting you on earth before your arrival
The fountains are pouring your milk and honey intoxicant, your favourite recipe, the syrup of sugar. The sweet, luscious taste of the Priestesses
There is nothing more satisfying than the prospect of coming home for the Sun in the 4th person. This is especially true if she is returning to be welcomed by her tribe in a haven of love. She becomes Queen Bee as she walks through the front door, kicking off her ruby red shoes, falling into her favourite comfort spot alongside her little puppy, ah “there is no place like home” she reminds herself. Home is her pride and joy, and the style and decorum is an extension of her identity and inner world. She is a sorcerer in the way that she turns a ‘house’ into a ‘home’ and her residence into a palace. She invests in building the sanctum that loved ones can always return, a central base for congregation where everybody can be under the same roof, and a refuge that becomes a site of many generations, recollections, and memories. As the 4th house is the lowest orb on the horoscope, it is always dark down under, and thus she is always dreaming and replaying dreams in waking life. As a child she may have adored bedtime reading and pretending that she was all of the different characters, living in her own little Disneyland. She never completely grows out of this, and she keeps that twinkle of the child’s enchantment in her eye.
But not everything is as it seems with the Moon, and a lonely or stormy home life can make the whole world appear cold and threatening. The individual with Sun in the 4th that has been denied a genuine, nurturing, or safe place at home can become a very internalised and quiet child. This is one who continues to follow the adult’s instruction as an adult, and ensures that she is not seen neither head. This is quite a tragic expression of this condition, and it reaffirms the profound influence one’s early life has on her whole life.
- Fire Emphasis (Aries,Leo,Sagittarius 1st,5th,9th house) in birth chart:
- Attracted to flames, fire dancing, the colour and crackle and so on/ Or intensely fearful and paralysed by fire and the thought of it
- Earth Emphasis (Taurus,Virgo,Capricorn, 2nd,6th,10th house) in birth chart: You may feel claustrophobic and suffocated in dense cities. Simultaneously appreciates the comfort and ease of acquiring necessities in such places
- • Air Emphasis (Gemini,Libra,Aquarius, 3rd,7th,11th house) in birth chart: Experiences joy and ease with heights and flying/ Or intensely fearful and anxious of heights and during air trave
- Water Emphasis (Cancer,Scorpio,Pisces, 4th,8th,12th house) in birth chart:
- Can feel drawn to the water and ocean, requires the sound of waves and salt water/ Or very afraid of water, swimming, and fears and nightmares of drowning

Empty and Open Houses
A chart with plenty of unoccupied houses is fairly normal because we tend to have a very defined focus of astrological qualities and energies that best reflect our unique path and purpose. The angular houses (1st,4th,7th,10th) wield profound influence over the personality, life, and chart regardless of planet occupancy. We can all see the influence of our the rising sign, descending, IC, and midheaven with or without planets present, and people with planets in these houses are typically very strong and forceful personalities. We have signs on all of the house cusps beginning in order from the 1st house/ascendant and they provide a colour palette of how the conditions relevant to this house materialise in your life. Although these tend to be less active and demanding than those with a planet or planets in the house
For example somebody with Aries rising will have Taurus in the 2nd house, and we can take some of the cues and qualities that Venus (the ruler of Taurus) in the 2nd house expresses to gain some insight. There is also a difference between an “open” and an “empty” house. To calculate this you find the corresponding planet and the degree and place it in the house… say you have Libra on the 2nd house cusp, you look for the ruler of Libra being Venus, and say Venus is in the 5th house (as above), this makes the ruler of the 2nd in the 5th house. Then you work to collaborate these themes and how they may express through one another, for example someone who develops capital (2nd house) from their creative demonstration (5th house). It gets a bit complicated and it’s hard at first but astrology has no time limit, and you can see through this process how all houses have an energy When houses have no ruling planet by degree they are open and unregulated, the individual basically has complete freedom in this arena of life, and people can quite appreciate this. For example the 5th house is parenting and children and an open 5th house indicates no desire or expectation to have a child and usually a satisfying experience because there is no pressure
Vacant houses are relevant but you have decided on different things to focus on. This is until the major transits of Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, and their passage through these empty houses can be the most intense and confronting because they uncover a lot that you have never noticed before. These planets move slowly enough to allow one to get very intimate and familiar with this part of life and yourself. -Cherry
