In the center of a young, industrial city lies a domed conservatory.

I have so many ideas for a timeskip AU in which Eggman is dead and passes on his evil legacy to Star (my OC), which he then promptly destroys by being not evil. New Egg City is an artificial island whose residents are repurposed Badniks (they're no longer dangerous). Star wanted it to be a place where no robot is left behind or scrapped.

New Egg Park is the heart of the city, a domed conservatory with a designated trail so that no one tramples the plants.

I still have to map out the whole island, but this is as green as the city gets. Everything outside the park is all metal buildings, charging stations, and vending machines.
