can y'all please stop saying that Liam was making this interview all about Larry when he literally admitted he’d had a heavy drinking/smoking problem and was not taking care of his health bc he was basically depressed and how he had body image problems and how he was hesitant to even do the interview in the first place but Sophia encouraged him to go through with it??? Did you miss how encouraging he was towards Sophia being independent and happy and how he said he never wanted to hold her back and how he wanted to make sure she lived her own life and didn’t just ride behind him in his shadow?? How he’s so supportive of his girlfriend and whatever she does, how he never wants her to feel suffocated around him? How he talked about the success with the boys and how much he loves them and the music and the business and how he wants to work on producing and writing and remixing songs??? This was all in the interview and so many of you are just saying focusing on one goddamn page and I’m not saying that you don’t have a right to be offended or hurt by what you read but don’t say that that’s all this article was about because it makes it sound like Liam was obsessed with that one topic and completely erases the very real issues he struggled with and was willing to open up about. I have a nagging feeling so many of you only read that one fucking page and completely skipped over everything else

I have fancied the pants off [Sophia] since I was at school with her. I didn’t actually go out with her at the time. I used to see her at school and we’d kind of chat. I asked her sister for her number. She was very shy and didn’t give much indication that she liked me, so I just assumed that she wasn’t interested, as well as thinking she was way too hot for me anyway. So, I ended up going out with someone else. Then one day she saw me out in town with this other girl and she never spoke to me again. But I always thought about her, about what could have been. When I was single again, I met her at my mate’s party. I didn’t say too much to her because I was too scared after messing things up, but we finally got talking and the rest is history. It really is one those childhood sweetheart stories. I love her eyes. The first time our eyes met I fell in love.

She’s great; she’s very good at fitting into situations. It’s taken her a while to get used to everything but she has now, and I love her to bits. She’s the most honest person and she’ll tell me what’s going on in my life. That’s what I need. She very much grounds me. She helps me through things. I love her to pieces.
