The night before the election... the anxiety is bad.

I don't want the face of Empire, genocide, oppression to be a Black and Brown biracial woman. No one deserves that, not even Harris.

Can America survive another Trump presidency? I don't know, but I don't like the optics.

All the celebrities that were speaking up for Palestine are now rallying behind Harris. Muslim organizations like Emgage and Uncommitted are rallying behind Harris.

The betrayal and heartbreak is intense for me. I feel like I've been going through the motions while attending a year long funeral.

Been going through life while attending a funeral for over 1 year. The grief is deep in my soul and I don't think I'll ever be able to shake it off.

I'm not an asshole that tells others how to vote. Grief, guilt, and rage are real for the Muslim, Arab, Palestinian, Lebanese, etc communities. Not understanding that is your privilege and complatency showing and that's a burden you have to bear in this world and the next.

I'm also Pakistani. The 4th largest oil and natural gas reserve was discovered in Pakistan. In the coming years will we start to see a new emerging "war on terror" with Pakistani people using IG to show the world their dead children? Y'all know I have relatives there. Obama didn't get them in the 8 years he was president, will that be Harris or a Trump action item?

As a Muslim woman and a mother of Muslim children...I know every vote is a bad vote. I have to worry about everything. Everything (school shootings, climate change, etc). None of these candidates care about Black or Brown people. We literally witnessed a Black Muslim man being lynched on Tuesday. A life that could have been saved by Biden. But surprise surprise...Biden Harris dropped the abolish the death penalty from their agenda. 3rd party also sucks. Stein isn't going to win and frankly she's strikes me as an opportunist who shows up every 4 years and jumps on whatever activism thing she can. This is the first time she's gained any real traction cause Palestine.

Grief, rage, guilt are personal and people are allowed to react any way they want to at the polls. Be strategic, be logical. Ok. I've seen thousands of dead children (some of them share my children's names) on IG, FB, X. Where's the strategy and logic in that?

I am not the same person I was 11 months ago. If you are...take a moment and do some self reflection cause damn.

This is what I want:

1. Harris wins the general election.

2. She loses Michigan. This is a warning shot. Arms Embargo, ceasefire, stop funding Israfake. I'm not holding her to a higher standard. I'm holding her to a humanity first standard because the administration she is apart of is slaughtering hundreds of thousands of people.

3. Stein gets 5% of the vote. This allows the Green Party to get $10 million in funding for 2028. Bilal Ware will lead the party in the next election.

The attached pic is the shit Drumpf wants for BIPOC, LGBTQ people, the disabled, the poor, and all marginalized people.

The Harris/Walz Administration is also a shitshow. I know that. We all know that. The real work begins Nov 6 when we all work together to fight the Empire and FREE PALESTINE, YEMEN, SYRIA, LEBANON, CONGO, SUDAN, etc.
