i think if haruka does die in t3, his voice drama and song should be replaced with es questioning their decisions and if it was worth it. like a whole monologue from them and then their own song with the same like. crisis energy. it'll really reflect the "es is in the same boat as the prisoners" thing they've got goin on.

something something haruka being the first prisoner therefore always having the high expectation of starting out the trial mvs in a way that catches people attention and keeps them hooked something something kotoko being the last prisoner which always dooms her to people having lost interest/being burnt out by the time of her mv.
sometimes i wonder if her mvs are delayed on purpose to contrast with haruka's first prisoner expectations more. haruka gets given more timelines ("please forgive muu")/timelines where hes mentioned and kotoko isolates for a year.
one suffers under the pressure to keep viewer interest/retention and the other is always doomed to lose it.
both of them are the current "centers of attention" for most memorable actions. haruka for his anticipated death and kotoko for beating the other prisoners. while one's actions make people worry for him and wish him well, the other's actions make people curse her.
both of them are forced to carry the burden of the spotlight. the first and the last. the remembered and the forgotten.
funnily enough their prisoner pairs reflect each others spotlight problems too- haruka with yuno, the (debatably) least "popular" milgram prisoner, and kotoko with mikoto- the (arguably) most "popular" milgram prisoner.

edit - I forgot to mention, the fish bowl is there to well. obviously to represent a fish bowl (gotta add water) . but also to make a quick poke at two breaths walking :P
